I did the oil change last week and they were familiar with my truck by scanning my door jam. They knew what other fluids needed to be taken care of. This visit, I had several other fluids changed. They all seem to communicate with each other to ensure a great job is done. I'll go back to have other services done. They're not just for oil changes.

Their young staff seem aloof and on their phones quite a bit. I do worry that they don’t possess the experience to perform all the services they recommend. These services are also quite expensive.

Phoenix was a star, killed it very explanatory and didn’t take advantage of me. Good place to stop if you don’t want to change your own oil! Eddie isaac and Willie killed it too, bunch of stars on the squad all helpful and quick

When I arrived all 3 bays had lines three cars deep. I was still in and out within an hour. All the staff were busy the whole time and ran everything by me before proceeding. Very satisfactory experience!

I had such a wonderful experience getting my oil changed at the location on Powell. I know that seems like an odd thing to say, most oil changes are just routine and thoughtless. Not this one, this one stood out. All of the employees I came in contact with were very knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond. Especially, Dylan. He not only introduced me to my fog lights (who knew?) but was able to help me out with a missing cap at no extra cost. This particular cap wasn’t something they had on hand or that was available at the near by O’Reilly’s. But yet he figured out how to make it happen and solved the problem! Hats off to the whole team and a special shout out to Dylan! Their knowledge, expertise, and customer service was exceptional! I will exclusively come here for my oil changes/ car needs and you should too!

Waited for the car ahead of me for about 5-10 minutes. They greeted me while I waited so I felt seen and acknowledged. Once I was pulled in they were polite and efficient with getting me started. Staff looked like they knew what they were doing and had a good system down. The place seemed to be running like clockwork. I wasn't pressured with sales. My "no thank you" was taken seriously, which I appreciate. They were able to let me know that one of my brake lights was out, which I probably would have had no idea about otherwise. Overall an excellent experience and would return!

Been here twice, service is good, no complaints. Just be aware that it is slooooooow. Realistically, 30 minutes per car. So if there’s even one other person waiting, you’re going to be there for well over an hour. If you have all day or you catch them in a lull, go for it.

In line for over half an hour.. finally my turn, but then they tell me to back up and let someone else go in front of me.. why?? I’d been there just as long.. don’t get it. Super frustrating.

damaged my cooling system 1200 down the drain had rear differential done need repaired cost for the oil change was higher then anyone else in the area stay away from these people they dont know what they are doing infact i work with an ex employee......he's really bad at his job lol hard and expensive lesson learned valvoline on powell NO NO NO

Excellent place to get a quick and thorough oil change! Due to some poor planning I was in a bit of a rush but Jori and the whole crew there took care of me! My oil change was lightning fast and I was able to make it to where I needed to be on time. They were all super professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing and everything. Highly recommended!

IT drives me crazy mad when I tell them precisely to not "touch the air filter" but 60 seconds later they are showing me my stupid air filter !!! Ahhhhhhh!!!

I’ve brought my cars here several times for oil changes, but I will no longer be doing that. This location did not install the correct drain plug and washer to my car, which caused a very slow leak. They also added coolant to the HV battery reservoir in my hybrid which was completely unnecessary since the coolant level was fine. I stopped them from adding more. It is now overfilled. On a previous visit, they overfilled my engine with oil. While I appreciated the Seaside Valvoline correcting this problem, it definitely inconvenienced me. When I come in for an oil change, I expect them to do only that, and do it well. That has not happened in my experience with this location. You lost my business.

The team that works at this specific Valvoline location is quick, thorough, and kind. I’ve been helped by the manager Darius a couple times now, and you can tell how much he cares about his team and his customers in the way he interacts with everyone. This location is sometimes busy and I’ve waited upwards of an hour depending on time of day, but to me, it’s completely worth the wait because of the staff’s good energy and expertise.

They forgot to reattach the hose leading to my air filter, which immediately triggered the check engine light. This is the second time this has happened. Absolutely unacceptable!
