Jose, Mason, & Zack were very helpful when I came in. I had my oil changed then they recommended 2 services (something with transmission fluid with a big machine lol & changing engine filter) that were necessary as well, so I’m thankful they caught it. They offered a discount which was super nice! Good dudes, thanks!!

Zach was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring I understood each step of the process. I appreciated not feeling pressured to make extra purchases and only buying what I truly needed. Ezra was also a great help, he even offered to help me tighten my hanging rear windshield wiper because he saw it hanging. Overall, the team at this location is solid—I’ll definitely be back!

Sure, they can change your oil even if you drive a diesel, but should you? When the majority of the crew doesn't recall ever having changed the oil on a diesel, they can't find the right oil filter wrench, and they don't put your vehicle back together properly before they slam down the hood. They didn't even have my air intake reconnected. Not to mention I was unaware a hammer and flat blade were needed to install an oil filter. But hey, they did it faster than I could have done it, I just wish I would have been able to get the vehicle back properly put together.

Oil change itself was great but when non-car related issue arose I voiced concerns as a customer and Mason, the manager was extremely attentive to concerns and followed up personally. Really appreciated the respectful and serious response.

On Jan 8th 2025 at 10 am whoever was on shift pretty mean and hit my car hood very very hard very poor customer service It was my favorite location

Great costumer service 100%. What i like the most is that they explained the status of your car and give you a recommendation of your car needs, what needs to be done and what can wait for the next visit.

Have had a previous positive experience with Mason at the gresham location and saw he had moved to this location when I brought my car in for service. Again it was a positive experience and I appreciate how he and his staff explained everything to me. I was in and out quickly! Will refer and highly recommend!

Excellent service, got my work truck taken care of, and the manager was extremely helpful in dealing with our company's fleet management service and the hoops they make people jump through. Will definitely return.

El día 9/21/2024 fui a este lugar a cambiar el aceite y refrigerante de mi coche y me cambiaron una abrazadera de la manguera del refrigerante y quedó con escape, fui al rato la revisaron y la dejaron igual, al día siguiente mi choche estaba sin refrigerante, fui al mismo lugar y le colocaron la abrazadera original y no quisieron poner más refrigerante, la verdad no recomiendo este lugar.

The auto technicians are always so friendly and personable. They’re suggesting options for my car maintenance such as replacing air filters and windshield wipers. They definitely show an interest in my visit experience.
