The attendant who helps me is incredibly helpful, quick, and effective. They are alway super clear and ask to check my tires too! Very happy to come here

Went in to get an oil change, after said service was done my car’s engine light among others turned on, I was obviously concerned and requested to get it fixed before leaving the store. By the way I didn't get any of the other services that come with getting an oil change, no cabin filter changed, no checking of tires for air etc. $98 oil change only to leave with a problem. A person by the name Destiny was incredibly rude and calling out inappropriate things about me, loud enough where everyone including me could hear, grant it she wasn't even the one working on my car to begin with so that came out of nowhere just bc I requested to get the problem they caused to get fixed. The assistant manager was kind enough to “help”, with the issue but it was not fixed. Left the store with multiple lights on dashboard on including engine light on. I had to go out of my way schedule an appointment with my dealership and leave my car with them for the whole day for them to fix it. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this or any* of their locations! Do better!

I LOVE THIS VALVOLINE!!! Today Destinee was so helpful and nice, incredibly efficient… I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for 8.5 years now and never once have I had a bad experience… best place to get your oil changed!!!! 🫶

I was impressed with the speed of the oil change and the qualityof the service. Michael asked if I wanted him to explain the reason behind the recommendations and once I agreed, he gave me a high level, but thorough, primer. He didn't push me or pressure me on the services I declined. The experience was the polar opposite of Jiffy Lube (which is a good thing). As a result, I will be bringing back my car for additional servicing.

It was fast and efficient! I got in and out in 25 mins and that was nice because I had to drive 4 and a half hours and I was running late! I appreciate the team and the fast work they provided!

Employees were very polite and clear, there was no pressuring to buy/pay for things we didn’t need done. Avery was very communicative and friendly; made us feel very well taken care of! I’ve gone to plenty of oil change places where they were rude and forceful, this Valvoline was not like that! AND affordable! Thank you! :)

I waited less than two minutes for my car to be quickly serviced by the staff on duty, including the assistant manager, Michael and the technician, Chris. They were so gracious and professional, and they were short one staff member that day!

These guys were great! Everyone was super friendly, professional and thorough. They changed my oil a few months back and replaced a filter in my car that I didn't even know existed. In fact, they were responsible for letting me know that whoever had done my last tune-up failed to put a filter in this particular area of my car and that I had been driving my car without any filter at all. They were able to replace the filter for me and it made a huge difference in terms of air quality and maintaining both heat and cooling inside my car. I want to thank them for that because it was very noticeable to me after they put it in. I will be going back to them again and I'm happy to have found someone in my neighborhood that I can trust to do a good job and be conscientious about the work. I would highly recommend them.

Well worth it to get your vehicle serviced here for your routine oil changes compared to going to your dealer. It’s quick and easy. Sometimes you may have to wait inline for an 30 min.

I've been coming here for service for many years and have always felt satisfied with service. However, at my last visit on 8/1/24, they forgot to replace my dip stick before I left. I received a call shortly after I arrived home to be informed of what occurred. They were nice, and I understand that things like that happen. I drove back, and they showed me my clean oil/level, and I was on my way. I drove to Sunriver, OR solo. During the drive, the tube from my radiator to the overflow resevoir was severed by my engine fan. I was stranded as I didn't know what the horrible sound was that came from my engine. I can't help but think that someone wasn't paying attention when filling my radiator, and the tubing became unsecured and was left dangling. They admitted that they weren't on their game that day. I am very upset about it. I don't think that I can ever feel good about returning. Update: Both corporate and the location managers reached out regarding this event. They apologized for all the inconvenience and stated the scenario would be used as a coaching opportunity. The location manager offered to pay for the new part I had to purchase, and I was offered a free oil change from corporate. Initially, I was only offered a half-price oil change, which I thought wasn't appropriate, so I requested at the very least a free one for all the runaround. I bumped my rating up to 2 stars until my next visit.

Disclaimer: IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME REGISTERING IN OR, YOU HAVE TO GIVE TO AN ACTUAL DEQ SITE. They realized after doing the test I had out of state plates and didn’t charge me a penny! I still have to get another test done for my registration, but atleast now I know I’ll pass lol Thanks guys!

Never thought I'd say this, but best oil change ever! A little pricier than Walmart for example, but you get so much out of it. The assistant manager Michael was extremely efficient, professional and personable! Definitely coming back here again next time.
