They alerted me after they drained my fluid that there's going to be a delay because they need to find a gasket for my 2021 subaru legacy. They said that they get a lot of subaru's in for service there.

As a 24 year old female with little car knowledge I have a lot of anxiety getting my oil changed. But at Valvoline I felt so taken care of! The crew was incredibly helpful, friendly, and gave me a great advice. They were very understanding and patient when it came to my lack of car knowledge. Shoutout to Tony for great customer service!

I have only had great experiences at this location, the staff are very kind and thoughtful, and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to pull up. I appreciate the thorough check of my vehicle, and that they offer additional services but don't force them on me. When you join the membership you get great discounts by email and overall it's a great deal when compared to getting your oil changed at a full service mechanic.

Terrible service for multiple reasons. I went to Valvoline for an oil change, and while they ran all of their standard checks (tire pressure, fluid levels, engine and cabin air filters, etc.), they failed on two accounts. 1. When the showed me my engine air filter, the presented it dirtier than it was just days prior. I had checked the engine air filter only 5 days before going in for this oil change, as I normally do much of my own work (except oil changes). There was a dark, dirty oil finger print that they explicitly pointed out to me. Not only was it not there prior to them touching it, the dirty spot was on the TOP SIDE of the engine air filter. This is nearly impossible to happen naturally, as it would take dirty engine oil moving back through the intake manifold and all the way to the TOP SIDE of the air filter. This is not the direction of air flow. So either they created it by accident from pure carelessness, or they were trying to sell me an air filter. Either way, this is unethical business practice. 2. They got hot oil mist from the engine filler hole over much of the valve cover. I have had my car 8 of the 10 years it has existed. I know this car, and it has not had oil splatter on the valve cover ever. This happens when they run the engine with the oil filler cap OFF. This is careless and unprofessional. Attached are photos, of the "BEFORE" and "AFTER" of the Engine Air Filter. Note that I only have the "AFTER" for the Valve Cover, but it is clear in these photos what I am referring to. Shame on Valvoline for allowing such poor quality of service. I am tempted to go back to changing my own oil after having done it for 25 years up until a few years ago.

I always love going to this location. It's close to my home, the people are always friendly and helpful. I was more than happy to pay the $10 fee to install a hard-to-reach bulb because they make it so easy!

I just like to say the guys were really cool. I looked for some ads they help me put my discount which I really appreciate it. I like to say if you want a place to come get your oil changed this is a spot. They really checked everything with the tire pressure I feel like they really did what they needed to do so I was really impressed.

I don’t like many people working on my car due to past history and I let him know that. He listened to my concerns and made sure to let me know I was in good hands. This is my place. I trust them. I have sent my kids to them. I stop in every time before I head out of town: they refill my tires, top off my oil and reassure me that everything will be fine on my trip. These are my #people. They have taken care of me well. I have had several #new vehicles (with warranty's required to go to the service dealership and had such horrible service. I'm extremely grateful to be back HOME.

Last Sunday 9/22/2024 I took my car to get an oil change. The crew was very nice and I was treated well. Here is the problem. I paid 140 something dollars to have an oil change, filters changed and all my fluids topped off. This is what they did, oil was changed and filters changed. BUT they didn’t refill any of the fluids, they messed up the bottom of my car panel which was loose and barely hanging on. On Monday on the way to work driving on a freeway the car’s bottom panel made a rattling, flapping noise, I thought something was wrong with the engine. I took my car to Valvoline in Tigard location. The technician there told me Weidler Valvoline location did not refill the fluids and the did not fasten the bottom panel correctly. Are you kidding me? I am a woman who depends on my car daily and gets oil changes to prevent issues. This is a significant error on this locations techs. Avoid this location at all cost they are shady and sloppy. Especially if you are a person who depends on this business establishment to keep your car safe.

So while I thought my techs were polite and helpful, I’m giving this review due to the fact that when I was checking my k&n air filter a few days after the oil change I found my transmission dipstick just loose on top of my engine. I totally understand they were really busy when I came in but this is kinda ridiculous.
