Battery’s are junk had one installed in late 2023 and have to jump to start now. I’ve been going there since 2022 and I’ll never go back. They can do oil changes well but don’t let them change a battery. Thanks Valvoline for leaving me stranded

I got an oil change here this morning. They honored the online coupon I brought without hesitation. They checked my fluids, tire pressue, and wipers. The entire experience was great. I had my mother with me and the both of us were very impressed with everyone in the shop. They functioned like a well oiled machine. Seemed like a great group of people doing great work. Thank you very much. I will be a return customer. Long story short, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Came in with a 2020 toyota rav 4 for a full-synthetic oil change. Was there for easily over an hour with one car actively in each bay. To date, it has been the longest wait time for any instant oil change that I have been to. Their process was very dis-communicative, had about 6 people at different times come to provide service to my vehicle. Result in massive miscommunication in that I did not want an air filter, very repetitive to keep having to tell the associates and then watch them try and ask their co-workers the service to be provided. Resulted in a lot of wasted time and labor. Forgot to reconnect some pieces in my engine. Car refused to drive and then took about 6-8 restarts of the car, multiple looks at the engine and multiple associates to resolve the problem. Associate could not comprehend instructions on screen on how to reset my dash for oil change maintenance notification. Had to read it myself and figure out how to reset it. Another associate had to plug into my car to reset all the engine warning from disconnecting a sensor in my engine and reassured me that anything wrong or damaged in the vehicle will be fully backed and covered by Valvoline. As it should be, however this cause major concern for me as improper service can cause major failures in a vehicle which can lead to accidents on the roads. Additionally, the wrong mileage on my oil change sticker was given to me after trying to correct twice. I cannot believe that I paid $105 for such a service to be performed on my vehicle. I highly recommend and advise servicing your vehicle somewhere else or taking the time to learn how to perform proper maintenance on your vehicle yourself.

I recently got my oil changed here and it was one of the best experiences of my life. They did not push me to do anything that I did not want or did not need. I felt respected as an individual. I used their coupon too, I only go to Valvoline.

Oil light came on soon after there was no oil on my dipstick! Everyone there acted professional but I definitely got a shady vibe when they showed me a dirty dipstick and took 5 mins to explain why. And a sticker for 3k miles on a full synthetic oil change? I'll never trust anyone besides myself to ever change my oil ever again. Hopefully I haven't done any damage to my car.

Very detail oriented and explain everything they do. Answer any questions that you may have. Staff all very knowledgeable and do the job right. No question I will not hesitate to come back for my next oil change. Great shop, great people working there.

My dad took my car here for an oil change. I'm sure he asked for conventional oil, but my car has to have full synthetic because of some eco engine thing. Well, they just took his word and put conventional oil in. Do they not even check what kind of oil your car actually takes?! Even then, I found a puddle of oil in the driveway. He took it back and they only put the oil filter on hand tight. So it had leaked about a quart and a half of oil. Thankfully, I caught it. They also let my dad change my account to his contact information, which makes no sense. When I called to correct it, they told me they couldn't provide that information or do anything about it. What BS. I'll make sure the BBB and AG office hear about this one. Just wrong all the way around.

Tae and her team were exceptional. Everyone is communicating and working efficiently as a unit. My service was free to me because I was using a fleet service but the transaction was the smoothest I've ever experienced. Didn't even have to get out of my car! Definitely coming back
