They were quick and friendly. They taught me how to reset the "maintenance needed" indicator on my new RAV4. One thing... when we first arrived, it was not obvious where we should wait. It looked like 2 of the 3 bays were used for oil changes, it wasn't obvious at which door to park. As far as the waiting room, we weren't encouraged to head there after we arrived. I wonder why that is...

This was my first time doing an oil change while staying in the car. Robbie was friendly and efficient and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t want.

I needed an oil change quick during the holidays. I'd never been to Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and honestly ended up there quite by accident. I'm so glad I did! Not only was I able to get a full oil change, this service center was able to offer numerous services that would get my vehicle road ready for a last minute trip. My car didn't run this smoothly, even after an engine replacement. I can't say enough about the knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring staff and management at this establishment! Thank you to every technician who serviced our vehicles! I can't imagine going anywhere else after such a positive experience.

The absolute nicest people work here! I was concerned about my car having issues after repairs and they checked my car out and they were so helpful. They were so generous with their time and explained everything they could see. This shop is so professional and everyone is super nice. Thank you so much!

They were quick and thorough. I only wish I had accepted the air filter change as when I got home to replace it myself, it turned out to be more work that I thought. It would have been worth them doing it for me!

Stopped in for a simple oil change on a Hyundai Accent. Service was quick and painless, and the total came to literally half of what my mechanic charges, while still checking most of the air filters and battery health. They helpfully noted exactly what they did and didn't do, and were properly thorough throughout. Easy recommendation đź‘Ť

The shop here is GREAT! The fella’s here are really cool and get things done super quick. I had my oil and radiator flush done in no time! Very professional and showed me everything they were doing. Stacked coupons for me as well! I appreciated that! Thanks guys! See ya soon!
