The manager, Cory, handled my transaction and was great. There was no wait time when I pulled up. The team seemed in good spirits and worked together well. Service was fast, everyone was kind. I'm happy and will be back. 😁

I really like this valvoline and it's staff. I actually have a valvoline near my home but, I am always willing to wait til I am in the area just so I can stop at this location. The staff at this valvoline are kind fast courteous and professional with no high pressure sales. Did I mention that there shop is always organized and clean.

I want to say that I have never had an issue with getting an oil change at any location even this one. But don't get a transmission fluid flush there. Just don't do it. A little while ago I got my oil changed and was given a discount coupon on my next service. I thought "hey, I need my transmission fluid flushed I'll go here cause I have this coupon". Big mistake. Go in right when they open, attendant said that he could do the flush. Struggled with my fluid cap because of the model of my car and that only he one coworker is good with getting it off but he's out. (First bad sign). Finally gets it and wheels the flushing machine out and starts. Once it's done he says that he has to do it again because the oil is too low so I say okay and he runs it again. (2nd bad sign) After it runs a second time, he checks me out and apologizes stating that he had to rewire the machine himself. (3rd sign). I say okay cause not really sure what else to say, I'm not a car expert. He says I'm good to go. Door opens and I pull out on the major road it is on and immediately know something is seriously wrong. My transmission starts to stick and im afraid I will be stuck in the middle of the road or I'll get into an accident so I make it across the street to where I live [I'm 1 min from this location] and call the valvoline. I try to drive back per the attendant but my car will not move. NO OIL HAD BEEN PUT BACK INTO MY TRANSMISSION. My transmission was totalled. It was a very annoying and frustrating process with rental cars, reimbursement requests for ubers and lost work hours when all I wanted to do was take care of my car before I had to drive to medical appointments out of state. Instead I got frustration, corporate run around and inconvience. [My transmission was replaced with a refurbished transmission] Don't go here.

Stay away from this place! They will ruin your vehicle! We took our car there for oil service and when we pulled out we made it 2 miles down the road with no transmission fluid. The external transmission filter seal was damaged spilling fluid out everywhere. The vehicle needed towed to a reputable mechanic in the area. The mechanic told us they just fixed three other cars that came from there. they don’t tighten oil plugs and oil filters damaging engines, etc. Terrible company to deal with.They denied and did nothing to correct the problem they created. If you have a problem, they don’t care! I will never buy anything that Valvoline makes

The staff at Valvoline Ohio Boulevard in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania is The A-Team for real! They all work together like bees in a hive. Everybody knows their job and the work flows out efficiently and safely. I’ve been going to the shop for years now and it’s always been an example of reservice. I couldn’t be proud to call this my oil change facility for life. Thank you all.

The worst place ever. There are not professionals whatsoever. Customer service FAILED... I DO NOT recommend this particular Valvoline for your oil change. Every time I go the prices are different, so, at one point another manager a set discount (I used to go once every month) The manager in charge today (12/12/24) after I explained and showed Melissa the receipt from last month. He literally said to her "We are not doing this oil change" refused give service. Even though I said just do the oil change.

The air filters, especially the in cabin, were so ridiculously over priced and bottom of the line, I will never have anything but an oil change done there ever again.
