Sadly, the place I've been taking all of my vehicles for the past 25 years sold.....tried Jiffy.....okay, but took way too long.....went to Valvoline on Happy Valley and it was awesome! Got an oil change AND car wash (at neighboring Superstar) in less than 30 minutes!

Hello, I had my vehicle serviced for oil 2 days ago, but I can hear noise coming from under the vehicle. I guess they didn't fit the protection or engine cover properly. I will come back for this.

My TPMS sytem was showing all 4 tires at least 7 lbs low when I pulled in today. This was one of the reasons I had stopped in today. When they were finished with my service, I asked the person who appeared to be in charge if they had checked the air pressure in my tires, so he asked the technician, Johann if he had. He said very resoundingly that he he had an that they were all at 35lbs. When I pulled out of the shop, I checked my TPMS screen again a few miles down the road and it had not changed. All 4 tires were still showing at least 7 lbs low. I ended up having to make another stop at Discount Tire. They aired up all 4 tires and found that one had a screw in it, so it needed a repair. Integrity is everything to me. You have lost a customer!

I had my oil changed on 12/27/24 and a few days later I noticed oil leaks on the drive way. I took my car to pepboys and fire stone both said I needed a new motor! I’ve been going to this Valvoline for years and they have not been doing a full oil Change * PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I’m so upset that they damaged my car that I needed to get a new car. They the oil they took out was black with metal inside!!! I want my money back for the years and damage they did to my Car!! Please save yourself from having to get a new car!!

I have had oil changes done for 60 years and the last 2 years I have used Valvoline and they are in a highest "class of their own".

This is clearly a team, and not a group of employees. Consequently, they are able to quickly cover all of the bases that you could hope for in an oil change. The energy at this Valvoline location is incredible.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue that occurred during the recent maintenance of my vehicle. It appears that during the process of checking the coolant, the cap was removed without first checking the coolant pressure level, which resulted in coolant spraying throughout the engine bay. Unfortunately, this caused the air intake system to become drenched in coolant fluid. The technicians appeared to allow the coolant to spray freely, observing the situation without taking immediate steps to contain the fluid or protect the components under the hood. As a result, the engine bay was thoroughly covered in coolant, which raises significant concerns about potential damage to sensitive parts. This lack of attention to detail and care is troubling, especially given the potential for harm to critical engine components. Before leaving, I asked the store GM on duty who came over to access the situation if coolant had entered my air intake, and he assured me that only a small amount had, and that he had wiped out whatever had gotten in. He explained I was safe to drive the vehicle even given the circumstances. However, after leaving the facility, my air intake began smoking from the coolant creating an unsafe hazard while driving. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that steps are taken to avoid such incidents in the future.

Got a coupon online with a valid date range, went in to get an oil change hoping to spend $40-50. Once at the location, suddenly the coupon isn't valid? (They made it very clear it wasn't their fault or problem) and left with a $108 receipt. Honestly don't plan on returning here.

I can't say enough about our positive experience at this Valvoline location! Kevin, the manager, and his staff went above and beyond to help us with a problem with our son's car - that, incidentally, wasn't even due to their oil change, but to an incorrect battery installed elsewhere. The entire team was friendly, helpful, solution-oriented and knowledgeable, and left us with an extremely positive impression of their location and the company as a whole. It's so refreshing these days to truly feel like a valued customer.

I love and only use Valvoline because they are hands down always wonderful service and staff always, great quality every time, and they are considerate of their customers regularly. Richie and his whole staff were phenomenal and should be promoted for taking me so late in the day and so quickly for a car service. I wish they accepted tips for how much they saved my trip from falling apart just by being so kind and taking me last minute. All deserve recognition, but Richie was a solid one and Hunter, too for helping me so much the whole way through 👌 If you are looking for the right place for your car, ONLY TRUST VALVOLINE ALWAYS FOR BEST SERVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Pretty effective oil change. Took about 20 minutes. They don't really inspect your car, just use the manufacturer recommended changes.
