Not happy went here about a month ago to get an oil change, one of the techs suggested I do the rear diff, the past 2 weeks I noticed my car skipping and jumping. I brought it to the mechanic and he asked what changed and I brought up that I just had the diff changed, he asked where at and said that's your issue. They 100% used the wrong fluid. I then had to spend another 120$ on the fluid and getting it replaced and what do you know the truck is running much better. Now I'm just wondering if they messed up doing the oil too!

I love this location. I have been coming here for at least 16 plus years. Abraham, the manager is unparalleled. He takes great care of my vehicle. He was there today to assist with the fluid replacement on my transmission. I get all my repairs done here that are on the recommended services list. I cannot say enough about the staff here. They are great!

I wish they would check headlights, signal lights as well as air pressure. They could add those things as well. The Valvoline in Bound Brook does those things why Phillipsburg doesn’t do it is beyond me. Disappointing

The gentleman who helped me was having a hard day due to an oil spill. There was a truck on-site cleaning it up, which was blocking access to the bays. Despite his rough day, he didn’t let the customers see his frustration. He was pleasant, helpful, happy, and overall a pleasure to interact with. He provided all the information we needed and answered our questions thoroughly. Even with the challenges they were facing, they were quick to get us in and still managed to provide excellent service. They did a fantastic job!

Great service and people! The staff is having fun and genuinely sharing that with each customer that drives in. I just needed an oil change but they also check your lights, wipers and other systems (coolant and filters) for you. If something else needs replacement, they have many parts and pieces right there and will offer to do it as an add on. My technician was especially patient. After forgetting my credit card... I was able to use Google pay but it took forever. 5 stars for valvoline and their nice, professional staff! ☆

I went to shop for oil change and tire rotation on my Chevy truck with 35 in tires they did a fantastic job fast and convenient. I would recommend them all the time. I was very happy with the service and management. Thk u guys.

Was nervous about this new experience since I’ve never been through a drive through. Was pleasantly greeted while I drove in. They had a readable menu upon pulling up. The gentleman guided my car in,serviced my car and explain the whole process and helped me pull out safely. Whole process took about 15 mins. Will come back! Highly recommend
