The staff was prompt and courteous once my car got into the bay to have the oil changed. There was about an initial 45-minute wait due to being busy with other cars waiting in line. Not your staff's fault.

I like Valvoline. Between Jiffy Lube and Valvoline I would always pick Valvoline. That being said I have a few complaints and I had already talked with customer service today. While I did get a 25.00 off coupon Plus 25% off your purchase I then added another service at the end of my oil change hadn't paid yet. Yet I added an air filter for $24 the air filter was not negated with the 25% off and I ended up paying full price for that air filter. I know you saw it because I know body language you also confirmed it with your associate. I'm not really liking the fact that we're just being lazy and dishonest and if you saw that that happened and it wasn't at the right price then you should have changed it instead of just getting away with it. Unfortunately I will not be using Valvoline anymore I don't really know what your guys's problem is but when I get a coupon that says 25% off all purchases I best get 25% off all purchases

Not the price I was given when I called cost over $150 just for a oil change they didn’t except coupon because it didn’t have a bar code on there website they didn’t check oil level or reset light after no tire or fluid checks and couldn’t print a revisit window sticker I’ll be changing my own from now on I complained about jiffy lube but they where better

I brought my truck in here for a routine oil, change and standard treatment. The truck now dies in the middle of the road or while I am driving (this problem only occurs when I break or slow down) I know this is not a problem with the battery because it is new and this issue was not occurring prior to me bringing it to them. I even brought the truck back to let them know that this issue was happening because it quite literally happened the same day while I pulled into the gas station. Their response to me was “All we can do is have you fill out a claim / complaint form” that was it. That is definitely not how you treat customers They should’ve offered to look at the vehicle and fix the problem that they made. The truck was running great before now. I’m having to take it to a mechanic to get it fixed. These guys are thieves, and do not take accountability for their actions 0/10 do better for your businesses sake. Not how you treat paying customers!

OUT OF BUSINESS? Maybe it should be! Corporate should reevaluate the performance of this store. Commonly out of oil for common VW and other European cars. Staff says oil will be in the next day, yet when the manager gets back from vacation, he says we only get oil once a week and we’re last on the delivery list so we don’t get it very often. Who’s lying? We asked the manager to check and let us know when they’d get more. He’s never called us back. Store manager was literally as useless as a new-hire employee. His customer service skills were horrible. Also, we’ve asked them to pay attention and clean oil drips, they always say oh sure, we’ll take care of that… yet every time, we get home and find oil all over our driveway or garage. UPDATE: still no word from the useless manager about getting our oil back in stock. Also, we ended up going to West Linn to get it done. Staff was great and based on their response, they are well aware that the Oregon City location sucks. Does corporate know or care? My feeling, local staff is fine… lock management and regional managers are asleep at the wheel!

Best oil change service I’ve had! Only takes them about 20min for them to get you in and out, plus they walk you through everything they’re doing. Today a small piece of something broke off (it was super old and weathered) but they still took full responsibility and sent someone to pick up a replacement part on their dime so I didn’t have to pay a cent! Really good and honest folks working here!

They kept my fully informed of everything they were doing, showed me the price options prior to beginning work, and had me in and out of there without having to leave my car. Much better than jiffy lube

The staff is very kind and the wait is always short, but I will never go back. I’ve gone here twice and each time, they’ve done a poor job of putting my under-shield back on. Each time it has ended up falling off part way and dragging on the ground as I drive. I’m now looking at having to replace the under-shield of my car, and my brother is tired of trying to put it back together and tape it up.
