The manager Ivan was extremely helpful above and beyond what I needed to have done. The tech Destiny was amazing and got my new headlight in easier than I’ve ever seen anyone get it done for my car. THANK YOU!!

Ivan was amazing! He was so communicative and walked us through each and every step of the process. Seriously, THE best oil change experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t even mind the brief 20 minute wait; 2 staff members came to check-in while we waited. Everyone was so nice - Ivan even said hello and gave our pup in the back seat some love. Thanks again Ivan! We’ll definitely be back!

They are always attentive, helpful and quick. They do a good oil change service. However I got a trnasmission flush about a year ago and startrd having a leak recently which was shown to be thay it is 3 quarts overfull of transmission fluid. So, either I have been driving over a year with it overfull or they overfilled it at my last oil chance a month prior to the leak. I'm hoping there won't be any transmission issues in the future from this. I would do an oil change and nothing else at valvoline.

Worst Experience Ever! I went for an oil change on 1/23/25, couldn’t even complete their job fully because all they worry about is upselling(I paid for most things they recommended). Oil change was completed okay, my coolant tank was still low after leaving meaning they did not fill it, when I checked it was at the same level where I had seen it prior to me getting the oil change. Instead of them offering to fill my coolant many argued that I may have a leak, or something internally wrong with my car. Just admit you forgot to fill it! I’ve never had any leaks or problems with my vehicle and still don’t. The manager/supervisor rises from the middle bay stating “just fill it and send her about her way, we’re not mechanics if she wants a mechanic she can go elsewhere”. I DONT NEED A MECHANIC, I NEED YOU GUYS TO DO YOUR JOB! The employees with no knowledge is who insisted I had a leak, I know for a fact they didn’t touch my coolant! Lastly, I wasn’t provided with any type of receipt for the things I replaced nor the oil change, but they sure did remember to hand me a paper with considerations on it along with the pricing for them. Terrible service, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! 1 of out 10? 0 My Friend!

Ivan Powell was an amazing thorough professional. He took care of the cabin filter that had never been replaced due to our lack of knowledge. We had never experienced such excellence in customer service before and will continue to come back as long as this gentleman and more like him work there.

Ivan, hopefully I spelled your name right and the couple other guys I didn't get your names who helped me do the oil change and switch out my tag light you guys were very helpful and I appreciate your customer service was excellent!!! I would also like to thank James BlackBear for his professionalism and integrity. I think you should honestly be a manager if he's not or get a raise because he is very honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. It's a very rare find. I will say the team is all together respectful. I appreciate their integrity.

James Blackbear has excellent customer service along with his coworkers! I appreciate all their hard work and patience. I will say that James is very informative and answers all the questions that I have as a customer and I greatly appreciate it!!! He is also a very respectful and that's a very rare find to be able to trust someone in his field because sometimes people just try to oversell, I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I'm not sure if he is one of your managers but I think he should be. I think he said so great example.

l Visited 9/24/2024, I asked the technician Amanda if it was okay if she could add a quart of lucas oil stabilizer I purchased, she pretended not to hear me. The guy in the bay next to me got a full check over and I was told nothing about the condition of my vehicle. Ivan’s been fantastic every time I’ve been here.

Update: I have been back to this location multiple times with multiple vehicles and always receive excellent service! This is a great service shop with happy, lively employees. I Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I ended up visiting this location at a bad time, most of the employeeswere out sick. There were only 2 service techs working so the wait time was much longer than expected. However, the service was excellent! I was very pleased with the professionalism and speed of the service once I was in the bay. I will be going back.

Been going to this location for years now and never had an issue with anyone. Have even left a positive 5 star review in the past because I enjoyed going there so well but I will never go again as long as an employee named Ivan works there. He was so rude and nasty to me and my fiancee. We came in on a Saturday 3 weeks ago shortly before they closed but still plenty time for an oil change. We were met at the garage door by Ivan cussing and pissed off because he felt like no one else should have come to get their oil changed since the shift was winding down. I knew there was an issue by the way he was so mad and cussing but I didn't figure it was because we came towards the end of the day. Another employee saw the awkwardness and attempted to come and intervene to try to clean up the mess that was beginning. As they other employee is intervening I can Ivan still cussing saying why are they here I already counted the drawer down. Says I can't pay with cash only card so I say fine and wait for them to get started. They other employee started checking my lights to make sure they are good, after verifying they are he then asked me to pop the hood. I do so but I still here Ivan cussing and by this time I know for a fact he's talking about me which I took exception to. So I asked Ivan what his problem was and that set him off even further to which he became even more irate. At this point I was pissed and the tension in that room was way too high for me. I refuse to be treated like this by anyone so I told them both to forget about the oil change I'll go somewhere else to get my oil changed, and I did for my safety and his. Which happened to he a huge inconvenience, but I'll deal with the inconvenience before I let anyone talk to me that way. I'll never return to valvoline as long as Ivan is there and I'm going to reccomend no one else does either. He needs anger management and some de-escalatuon classes before he deals with anymore customers. I've also heard Mr. Ivan on a previous oil change tell a couple girls in car next to me to put their big panties on and pay more money for all the items he was suggesting them while leaning in their vehicle on his knees. The girls looked uncomfortable and I was too hearing that. Seems as though Ivan could use some sexual harassment classes as a well as those anger management classes.

One of the Best Valvoline's in the City.. Ivan, the Manager is Awesome and Very Helpful and Friendly.. The Service was Great and it didn't take very long for them to Change the oil, check all fluids and lights.. I Will be going back to This location for my next oil change..
