Do not take vehicles here if paying with fleet services. No matter what you tell them needs to be done, they will call the fleet service and perform everything they will approve, needed or not. When asking to reverse the fee`s they will refuse and tell you to deal with it on your end. I have dealt with this location for years and it is the same scenario EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I’ve regularly found staff at my local Valvoline to be helpful and knowledgeable. My last visit before this, they informed me the engine skid plate was broken and hanging off. They removed it after asking me about it. I replaced it but was short two screws. I ordered the necessary screws, and on this last visit, they graciously put them in.

Best and fastest oil change I’ve ever had! The associates were very friendly and took care of my every car need and question I had. Will be coming here from now on for my oil changes! 10/10 services!

Drove in and I specified a certain type of oil. They didn't listen. Filled my truck with a different oil After 10 minutes of back and forth, the employee yelled and said drain it, mad everyone ignored the count and confirm procedure. I drove out dissatisfied, I will not return.

Got an oil change here. Everything was good at first. 6 months later had some free time went to change it myself. Oil filter was on EXTREMLY tight. Only drove 7k miles in 6months. Made comments like “it’s seized on”. Previous oil changes were fine until I took it here. Now it’s “seized”. Nick was very cool about the whole situation I’ll give him a 5 star personally for the customer service. Went to another oil shop 5 min away and they were able to get it. Usually change the oil myself to avoid situations like this but Ik sometimes we don’t have time. Save yourself the headache and some money and go somewhere else. Hope this review helps the next person. Best of luck to Nick.

The guys are nice sometimes. If you’re looking for a quick change i would suggest going to a different location. They have no time management and what should be and only takes maybe 30 minutes at other locations takes almost an hour here.

went in for oil change never leaked one drop of oil, when guy went to pull dipstick to check he pulled intire dipstick and casing even after I explained to him not to do it. I bought the car, drove it for miles never ever leaked oil till I took it too Valvoline on 39th and meridian, the problem is they did not replace "oil crush ring" at drain plug..... because of this, all underneath bottom front of car, was coated with oil. so $90 bucks to Valvoline for shotty work, thank God I found mechanic at a garage that did it correctly for $50 and that included euroblend synthetic oil, filter , and oil crush ring

Seemingly good folks but a day or so after getting an oil change there and so many noises popped up as well as my check engine light AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THERE WERE NO PREVIOUS ISSUES OF ANY TYPE. Not cool at all. Going to be talking to my lawyer about this one
