This is the best place to go for your NC state inspection! I got there and there were three cars in line ahead of me and I was still in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Excellent and incredibly fast service! Highly recommend!

First time, I came in for a state inspection and there were about 7 people ahead of me so I expected a long wait, but the completed everything very quickly, I will definitely be back!

Such mixed reviews. State inspection was fine, nice and quick. Unfortunately, one of the attendants was rude because I had asked about the price. Soo rude that I pointed it out and told him, he did not need to be rude and we understood. He did not like that and as we were leaving he gave me a nice firm salute. I know what he meant and like that, my four vehicles will not be going back. Simple customer service was all that was needed in the 15 minutes we were there.

Very rude about having tinted windows. Think guys name was labrian. All he had to say was he wouldn’t pass it. But instead stated he could still inspect it but was going to fail it. Then they proceed to change my air filter without asking. Then I get down the road and hear a vaccum noise the entire lid wasn’t even put back on or hose clamp tightened which according to paper under hood tech was same ride tech that had attitude about inspection.

I can’t remember all of the names, but every single service tech was thorough, respectful, & helpful. They were also very busy, but the wait time just seemed to fly by. Great visit altogether!

Great experience both visits so far! We’re still new to the area and have tried other places for oil changes. Today I didn’t realize I showed up 10 minutes before close, no attitude, no negativity whatsoever. They had me in and out. Thank you guys!!

I have been going here for the last 2 years. Pulled in on 10/26/24 around 2pm for an oil change on my car. The Manager of this location apparently has a bug up his ass and seems to think he has the worst job in the world. He is the older person that looked to be running things at that time. He seemed bothered to even talk more than 5 seconds other than move here go there and the price. No personality and sour as can be. The younger workers there were polite. Last time going here or any place that has Valvoline in its name. I will pay the extra $10 for a local shop that actually knows how to interact with the public.

Was here 3 times recently due to issues with my tint. Each and every time they were rude and demeaning. After more than 5 years with the same car and no tint issues, to which I never made a modification, it was a factory tint when I first bought the car from the dealership, I was very confused as of why my car failed. I only came here out of convenience, but for future reference is worth the drive somewhere else. Do not recommend! Only polite person was the guy greeting you and getting your car miles.

Not recommending. Not returning. Not happy. When I pulled in I was immediately asked “How can I help you?” I told the gentleman I was needing an oil change and I was looking for a coupon in my email. The one I found expired earlier in the week, so I downloaded the app. There were three coupons available for this location. One for $5 off conventional, one for $10 of conventional and then also a $15 off synthetic. When I pulled into the bay, the same gentleman asked if I wanted to use a coupon. I handed him my phone with the $10 off conventional oil change alluminate on my phone. At the end, a different tech came and said it was going to be $70+ and that was including the $10 off coupon! I didn’t want to argue with the price bc everything has gone up, but later I looked at my emailed invoice and noticed I had been charged for a “MaxLife Oil Change.” When I googled Max Life Oil Valvoline it said it was a synthetic blend. I clicked to chat with a representative and let them know what had happened. I was told I was given the best coupon available for the service I had received… not accurate! I was never asked if I wanted synthetic oil. I presented a coupon for a conventional oil change. I stated to the online representative that if I would have wanted synthetic, I would have presented the $15 off coupon for a synthetic oil change, which would have been the “best coupon available” for that particular service. The online representative said that she was sorry that they did not ask before completing the service. But what is the resolution? There was no offer to make it “right.” My car may be recommended to run synthetic, but as the owner of the vehicle, I still have a say in the matter. I presented a $10 off conventional oil change coupon, so therefore I thought I was receiving a conventional oil change. I feel like this was a pushed upsell. Following the chat, I filled out the customer satisfaction survey at the bottom of my invoice and requested a response via email and I haven’t heard from anyone yet. Thus… Not recommending. Not returning. Not happy!!!

I have been going to this location for several years, the manager there has never been what I would call a leader but the past several months has become an especially rude person. I probably would not have sent a review but today was the end for me because not only do I regard this person a menace to another’s business but I am starting to see his attitude filtering into his people as it will. People will follow the leader. Today was my last time there.
