Yo te voy a decir la verdad… si es caro, no esperes pagar $50 por un cambio de aceite. Pero me gustó mucho porque le hicieron un examen físico al carro y pude darme cuenta que otras cosas estaban mal. Los chicos súper agradables y todo lo explicaban. Te lo recomiendo al 100%

I am from the Madison area but had a service light go on and had to make a random stop at this particular valvoline. Miguel and his team were super friendly. I was greeted with a smile and casual conversation. Miguel stepped me through the service process and handled every step with care. One of the main things I recognized is how well he treated the other staff members. they worked well as a team and go me on the road in no time. Thank you to Miguel and staff for their care and kindness.

These guys were super fast, polite and worked well as a team. They had me in and out the door with multiple services I needed in less than 15 mins. Happy to use Valvoline next time!

They did a good job but they obviously had 1 experienced tech trying to teach two newer guys. He was doing what he could but because he was so distracted they never checked my tire pressure or put air in my tires.

Great service!! Friendly staff and didn’t try to oversell services. They provided a car care print out that allowed me to see best services for my vehicle. Totally appreciate that! Service was quick and easy!

This was my second time for an oil change. Wonderful...so courteous, friendly, efficient. It is an incredible deal as well. I'd say everyone should get their oil changes at the 68th and Stevenson Valvoline Instant oil Change. Really really nice, efficient workers.

Used to be my favorite place - last visit employees were to focused on chopping it up and missed checking lights/resetting oil light/giving sticker. Asked for all of the above and the young woman walked away. I'd love for them to continue to be awesome.

This morning I'm on my way to work and I smell burning somewhere in my car so I don't know what's going on so I came to the Valvoline to check if maybe the car out of the coolant, and cause I usually go to Valvoline for oil change , they've really good service, but not this time. After get in line and wait 30 minutes, we have the 1 of the white guy, wearing glasses, came over and ask so we said we don't need oil change and I smell the burning in my car, he doesn't let me finish my talk and said they don't do any checking over if they do the checking we have to pay $34.99. I'm not upset cause the money or anything we have to pay but I'm upset cause the way he star to talk to me. I have to driver over to the freeway if I want to come to work so when I feel something wrong I try to stop by the place can help me check my car cause it's for my safety and people on the street safety too. At least they don't fix it but they know what is going on then I know should I able to drive or not. I usually tip good cause I appreciate what people did. However the way that he do with the customer service is not good. After I agree to pay and my behavior little mad, he star to check my oil and coolant and he did explain why the car smell burning for me ( thank you) . I'm calm down and I do talk polite way to him. But again when I ask do you know where I can change that stuff he said he don't know, I'm fine, and I said I'll pay for that he don't understand and he thought that I keep ask him how much they charge if they fix it. I don't wanna talk anymore so I just paid and gone. Customer service job is not easy, you will meet a lot of people all day. But at least you have to be nice with them if they need help and polite to you. Thanks. Never see you again.

I took my Van for oil change and they did a terrible job even on my way out of the place i lost all my motor oil and now my motor nocking real bad..i have a claim number but they don't do anything to resorve the problem..is all ready 1month and two weeks for the issue with my Van and they don't care about it..I guess my next step is taking with my lawyer!! This is my only vehicle i need answer now to get this problem resolve now.i'm tire to hear the same answer every time i call..😡😡

I went in to get my oil changed today and everything was amazing! The boys who fixed up my car were very nice and explained everything. The one who took my car info made sure to let me know what was going on. They guided me in the shop and out and were very professional. They didn’t push any product or services just gave me a recommendation sheet for what needs to be looked at. The boys who worked on my car were Wayne and Tanner! Thank you for the pleasant experience! I was nervous because I don’t go somewhere very often to get my oil changed and they helped so much! Definitely 10/10 would go again!

I am SO THANKFUL for Cornelius and the team at this location!! I had been turned away from two other locations as I was told that the tool needed to remove my oil filter for my vehicle was not available😳. I eventually tried this location as I had a coupon to redeem & had been driving with no oil in my vehicle due to the first location draining my oil BEFORE telling me that they couldn’t complete the task! Once I explained my plight to Cornelius he ASSURED me that I wouldn’t have to go elsewhere. The oil change was completed efficiently and the staff showed empathy for my having been sent away from two other locations. The 25 minutes drive for me to this location is worth it for the service provided. I gave a 4 Star rating because my oil change sensor wasn’t reset so I had to visit the dealership for help but I’m sure it was an oversight. Thanks to them for the knowledge and professionalism!! 👏🏽👏🏽

My Girlfriend had unfortunately had a flat tire and pulled into this Valvoline for help. Tanner, Javi, and Wayne were all extremely helpful in trying to get it patched up best they could so we could at least make it to place to get it fixed. This saved us money and time for what could’ve been a much more worse situation and without them we probably would have had to get it towed and repaired even more. Thank you to them for all their help with what they could when they had free time after being done with customers!

Price gouging at its finest! I paid double the amount here for an oil change and no tire rotation then I would have at the dealership. $77 at the dealership versus $150 here. Just go to the dealership and wait the 1 hr! Other then that customer service was super friendly and pleasurable

Rip off Lil Peep from shein thinks it’s funny to randomly scare customers in the middle of their oil changes because it’s “spooky season” you would think the person that looks like they need therapy would know a thing or two about anxiety or ptsd

Very helpful staff made waiting enjoyable very funny and knowledgeable; even thought they were out of the filter I needed they tried to at least clean my old one until I could go and get it replaced. Javi and Wayne were awesome!!!

Went for an oil change. Worst service ever! Armando was rude,belligerent, and unprofessional. Service was rushed and half done. Services stated on receipt that were not done,couldn’t even reset my oil change odometer,just rudely handed me a receipt with the oil change sticker attached to it, rushed me out by having me back out through the entrance. Cursing throughout the whole appointment,complaining about being short staffed. When I refused his upsales,he appeared frustrated, was very rude. I will not be returning to this location and don’t recommend it.

Went this morning, 9/5/24, around 11:45 am. Only 1 car ahead of me and about a 30 second wait. I was really nervous because I hadn’t had an oil change in 13 months but the team working joked with me and made me feel comfortable. The air filter was shown to me and explained that it looked good, no need to replace. I decided to upgrade to the middle line oil and asked about a coupon I had. I was really excited that they let me use it. They filled my tires with air, checked all of lights and fluid and I was out of there exceptionally fast. Even though I live near UWM I will continue to visit this location. Job well done!
