This place gives excellent service! I had a tire light come on. They were nice enough to put air in the tire for me. The tech was friendly able to multi-task with ease. I'm saying a prayer to God that they get as much business as they can handle!! Good job!!

I Always return to this place because they’re respectful, polite, and super humorous. They’ll work with you on what you don’t understand, and help save you money. Side note: for young women, this male dominated space has never made me feel uncomfortable, only safe! Genuinely great group to work with. Come check out safehouse downtown. I got you back

I got my oil changed and a light fixed. All the gentlemen, Gino and Troy, were more than polite and completely professional. They also put air in my tire and filled up my fluids. Great service! Deserves a promotion.

I have no experience with the services here. That said, the people working at this Valvoline location are consistently dumping empty cans and bottles of alcohol onto the Oak Leaf Trail. This has been going on for years (though recently it’s gotten much worse), and the MKE County Parks is left to clean up the mess, wasting limited hours, resources, and tax dollars picking up this rubbish week after week. Trail users have started posting signs about the garbage accumulation. Irrespective of the services provided here, this kind of carelessness does not make for happy neighbors or community members who love our urban nature and trails. I, for one, have reported this to Valvoline corporate as this sort of behavior doesn’t lend a lot of confidence to careful or compliant disposal of used oil.

Staff was attentive and worked well together. The person who stood by the driver's door overseeing everything made sure the "check oil" warning was reset. (I've had oil changes at other places - and most often this step is skipped and I end up startled when this light comes on a few weeks later.)

Got an oil change and transmission fluid change. The process was professional and precise. Its easy to have doubts when it comes to your vehicles service (am I paying too much ect) but I noticed an immediate improvement with my vehicles performance after my visit. I would recommend anyone valvoline instant oil change.

*UPDATE* Now my check engine light is on and still waiting for management to call* DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Quinton was drunk (clearly smelled alcohol) and seemed to be on drugs. He was combative and inappropriate with myself and my teenage daughter. They checked NOTHING and when I asked about them checking my lights etc....he said "we did"....HOW when I have to operate the lights?!? As I was pulling out he ran after my vehicle to the point another employee told him he was doing too much and stopped him. After reading all these negative recent comments apparently management doesn't care either. And no I'm not emailing nobody so save that copy n paste response. I have already contacted corp.

My worst experience for the oil change I just went for the oil change and they tried to get me for the other stuff for the for the air filter and stuff like that and they actually forgot to put the air flow pipe back and next day my car was broken in between the intersection I'm never going to Volvoline again after this experience.
