It’s crowded and they denied having conventional oil which is the most common oil. Not coming back, doing business somewhere else

I always use Valvoline because the staff is efficient, professional, and friendly. They always take good care of my vehicle's needs and are very considerate and informative. Después de más de 7 años de estar utilizando el servicio de esta tienda veo un cambio negativo. Hace un mes hice el cambio de aceite y otros servicios a mi vehículo, es extraño para mí que en tan poco tiempo el vehículo reporte que solo tiene el 2% de aceite en el motor, así que voy a la tienda y les explico que hace poco estuve ahí y que es extraño les pido que me ayuden a verificar si realmente hace falta aceite en el motor. El manager una vez le hice saber la razón de la visita me dice que puede ser un problema de motor, o que el carro se calienta mucho y lo quema o que tiene alguna fuga y algunas razones más … Le hago saber que el vehículo no tiene fugas y ellos lo corroboran. Él me sigue insinuando que es problema de motor. Le pido que por favor saquen el aceite que tiene y calculemos la cantidad para saber realmente cuánto falta y posterior a eso le pongamos aceite nuevo y la cantidad correcta. De mala actitud procede, durante esta revisión, el personal vació el aceite en un recipiente sucio, lo que dificultó la transparencia en el proceso. Además, Durante el recambio de aceite, configuraron la máquina inicialmente en 6 1/4, lo que causó que después tuvieran que recalcular la cantidad y añadir el aceite faltante hasta alcanzar la medida correcta que es 8 1/4 Otro aspecto que me resultó extraño fue que, antes de completar el cambio de aceite, ya tenían lista la factura con una cantidad final, lo que me hizo cuestionar si realmente estaban monitoreando y ajustando la cantidad de aceite correctamente. Al revisar la factura, noté que se me aplicó un cargo extra sin explicación clara y el costo total fue de $150, considerablemente más alto que los $80-$100 que había pagado en servicios similares en años anteriores. Me gustaría recibir una explicación detallada de por qué el precio de este servicio fue tan elevado y la razón de los cargos adicionales, así como aclaraciones respecto al proceso que siguieron y las recomendaciones del gerente en este caso. Espero una pronta respuesta que aborde mis inquietudes y una solución satisfactoria a esta situación.

Great service and excellent products. Jeffrey and Adrian were great. Less than 10 min. wait, less than 20 min. to perform the service. No need to leave the car while service was performed. I highly recommend this place.

Came in for an oil change. Think total was $161. I went because I received a $15 coupon via text, when I get there, it does not work. I paid TOP dollar and ended up needing to buy 1.4 quarts (2 bottles) at Home Depot to top off my engine. If they wouldn't have spilled some pouring, perhaps it would have been at level. The 'techs' were nice but I rather wait an extra 10 minutes and get the job done right. They at least got my air pressure correct at 40 psi. Despite two tires already being at 40.

Fastest oil change I’ve ever had. I love that I can stay in my car and I can get a diagnostic report from the mechanic right through my window. They even show you the dip stick after they add new oil. I once drove away from a Jiffy Lube oil change completely dry and it nearly destroyed my engine. Prices are as high as any other franchise shop, but they have $15 off coupons, they are clear, work as a team, and are respectful. I’ll be back.

Very professional and so helpful. Explained everything to me and I was able to be in and out in about 30ish minutes. The gentlemen who helped me were very kind as well (i believe Jeffery). Dealerships have take up to 2 hours for simple oil change and tire rotation.

air tire not checked, in the report was marked as checked. Tire rotation system apparently broken, couldn't done it. Engine air filter not in stock for a popular and common vehicle. Fluids not checked. All and all they were somehow busy=in a rush to get through the queue. Would be nice touch to offer water and perhaps a little fan while waiting inside the car . Was super hot for a 24 minute wait Price is good for a full synthetic oil. The staff was attentive, perhaps need training in customer service
