Saturday afternoon service! Place was empty, pretty much in & out. It was over 15 mins because I added couple of things more than just the oil change. I was asked for extra things, but never felt pressured. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

Great quick service, with a wonderful team. Super polite, and they explained everything as they were doing it, and didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. Really the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. 100% will use again.

This may have been the best Valvoline I've ever been to! I know cars, and these guys didn't try to up-sell me on anything! These places usually try to get you to buy every flush they sell, which annoys the crap out of me! These guys didn't do that! Thank you!

Usually a good experience. I left once and my skidplate fell off a mile down the road. I continued to use valvoline after because when I told them they took extra care to secure it after and apologized for the incident. This time will be the last time. I came in on a Sunday and the tech up top was either texting while standing in front of my car or way behind me in the parking lot on the phone. Eventually he came back and marked all filters and tire pressures good on his computer without actually checking anything. The techs under the cars were screaming and yelling at each other the entire time playing around. After paying for the full service I had to leave and do it all myself.

Wonderful experience ar the Palmetto Bay location. Julian took excellent care of me and explained everything to me in detail. The service was very quick even with all the services I had done: oil change, tire rotation, cabin and air filters and power steering flush. There were a lot of people working on my car to ensure everything went smoothly. Definitely coming back here instead of the dealership.

After preferring the service over going to the dealership, we had the worst experience. They didn’t close the plug correctly and the oil spilled al over my new driveway. When we saw it, we returned and again they didn’t do it right!!!! 200 dollars later we missed a trip and have a stained brick paver driveway… corporate does nothing! They are inexperienced and incompetent

I came early people are no friendly also I request a transmission fluid exchange and the machine vacuum do not work and nobody said nothing about this and that was the only reason I come here because that machine , the tech was not friendly at all name is Carlos he said the machine clean it out but there is not proof of that he maybe made it out when I ask because I don’t see the machine doing it terrible service not going then any more

I was just at this location for an oil change. About 10 minutes out something from under my car is making noise. That didn’t put the cover back correctly. I called them and they said yeah sorry but we are closed now. Excuse me!! I 1st time and I will not go back.

If you haven’t had an oil change at the Valvoline instant drive thru you’re missing out. No long waiting in sitting rooms. Quick, efficient services while sitting and viewing it performed. Very thorough, checking all fluids and battery life.

Julio was so nice and knowledgeable, made the experience so painless. Price transparency; quick service; no additional pressure. Unfortunately I have to update my review, when I got my oil change done, I guess the bottom shield wasn’t attached properly, which wasn’t a big deal to take it back. I called the day of, and they told me just to bring it by. However once I came back they put me in the same queue as everyone else. So my initial great experience was definitely tainted by the hour and a half wait I had to fix what wasn’t done correctly. All the staff was still super friendly, however I don’t think the situation was handled correctly when I came back.

Brought the car by right after driving off the used car lot for them to check out. They found low oil, old dirty filters, and rust. Julian sent me the videos from under the car and suggested I insist the dealership pay for the oil change and new filters. They did.

We needed an oil change for our F350 dually. It’s a little harder to find people to work on a big diesel. We called ahead and were told they could accommodate but I do recommend checking with the location, rather than the call center, just to make sure they’ll have the filter and oil you needed. The staff working at this location were very knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful, and they were able to get our oil changed, fluids and tire pressure topped off, and new wiper blades quickly and efficiently with no wait. If we ever find ourselves back in this area we’ll definitely come back for our truck service needs.
