I use this location regularly. The staff is always friendly and professional. However sometimes I do have trouble with the coupons that you send me on a regular basis. Sometimes they do not work. I think marketing needs to get a better handle on implementing the coupons at the actual store. Just my two cents.

Edit: We were able to get the issue resolved and I’m very thankful for Mitch. Although it was so hard to get ahold of someone once we did it was corrected promptly and my husband and I are very thankful. I took my car here multiple times. I loved that it was fast and I hadn’t had any issues. On 1/3/25 we had my car oiled changed. The next day 1/4/25 we noticed my car was leaking oil onto our driveway. My husband took it back in on 1/8/25 and we were told we had to file a claim. We followed the steps and today the assistant manager called to tell us that they won’t be fixing it after their “investigation”. They said that there was notes of damage underneath and then blamed me saying I likely hit something.

Fast, efficient & friendly. I’ve been to other oil change companies and the staff in those places is usually joking around and not professional which doesn’t inspire confidence. Valvoline seems to have their act together and are able to keep things orderly and consistent.

I pay over $100 for an oil change, and you charge me an extra $11 for an additional quart of oil. Ridiculous... Many vehicles use 6 quarts, not 5.

Service is fast and the place is very good about making sure we get in the bay as quickly as possible. Staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. Price is reasonable and coupons really help bring the price down!

Everytime I come here it is a good experience. I love to see women excel in their field and I have had a team of excellent professionals each time who just happen to be women. It’s worth the 45 minute drive from home to come here. Would highly recommend.

Horrible service..twice they broke my oil lipstick and said I'm on my own. They broke it. And said I have to fix it..pure bullshit. So I called the company. They refused to do anything. So I have to pay dearly for their mistake..ty so much for telling g me what kind of service to expect. I could go on..but I'll simply say..I will deter as many people I can to steer away from all valvoline oil changes joints.. They care more about shoving different sales pitch points about what your car doesn't need.. Stay away from very poor customer service I'll goto walmart b4 I go back to that hell

After reading a dozen negative reviews on Google, I’ve concluded I’ll never take my new car to VIOC for an oil change. Not because I’m afraid their techs will screw something up, but because in their replies, Valvoline takes no responsibility for their screw ups. All Valvoline does about negative reviews, is acknowledge that their customers have had bad experiences, but they DON’T ever say what they did about it. VIOC just gives them a case number & an email address to keep their customer’s settlements, private. VIOC’s lack of disclosure on a public forum, is a method of customer service that wreaks of non-accountability. VIOC needs to publicly fess up to their techs’ negligence and publicly validate all customer reviews that call out specific negligence.

I have gone here several times now. They are always courteous, kind, and quick. They do a great job informing me of issues and don’t pressure sell you at all which is nice. The manager here is great too. He represents the store very well!

The team was great and communicative. Not to mention they are fast and efficient. They asked which services I wanted, and weren't pushy at all with selling the services I declined. They were great to work with, and I'd be happy to return to them again.

Big thank you to James for saving me this morning. Came out this morning to 6 % air in my rear tire. I get my oil changed here but today they came through in an unexpected way without hesitation.
