Don’t do business here. Took my own oil here only to have them screw it up. Oskar! I understand mistakes happen but the way it was explained to me and most importantly how I felt about it was very upsetting. Lots of anxiety here. Vibes don’t lie. Seems they purposely messed it up. Not coming back here. Ever.

Asked for a oil change and transmission flush and they refused to do a transmission flush saying in their opinion it wouldnt do anything and didnt want me to spend the money. Let me get a mechanic to evaluate whats wrong with my transmission.... it still needed a flush. I drove from Alaska to AZ and it was due. a flush couldnt have made things any worse. Thanks for nothing. Wont be returning

Incredible team here. Everyone here is extremely friendly and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. I go out of my way to come to this location. The service is fast and I’m typically in and out of here in like 20 minutes.

Would give zero stars if I could. How badly can someone mess up an oil change? Badly enough that it has to be towed to a closed shop and you're out a workday of pay. They don't hire people who know how to use a ratcheting wrench, here. They'd rather break off an asinine plastic vacuum tool in your sump, call it a day, and go home proud of themselves. Stay far away. I was tired after work and just wanted a simple oil change done quickly. That's not what this place is about, stay far away.

I've been here twice. Oil change goes smoothly, but I don't like interacting with the employees. They are always trying to sell me extra things one after another. Got full synthetic and was told I was good for 3,000 miles. The guy was very confident in his answer.. Got the sticker, and it was 7,500. Not sure if he was new or something, but I got the impression that they aren't very knowledgeable. I think I will go to a different place next time.

The oil change itself was great, especially with the coupon and the convenience. However, my opinion shifted the next day when we noticed that the coolant level was at the midpoint, something that was never mentioned during the service. Instead, we were told our taillights weren’t working—yet upon checking, there was no issue with them at all. I’ve learned to expect upselling when I bring in an older car, but this time, it was my boyfriend who brought the car in. It’s frustrating when services that are unnecessary are highlighted, especially when the focus should be on what’s actually needed. Going forward, I would appreciate it if the service staff could stick to the basics and only recommend additional work if it’s truly necessary. The upsell approach only works when there’s a real concern.

I arrived at this new location I found that is much closer to my home. And the service tech was friendly and very helpful. The team got my cars oil changed super quickly. Overall great service I’m really loving this new location I found! Definitely going back again.

While the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, my experience fell short of expectations. I was initially drawn to the convenience of an in-car oil change, especially since I received a helpful coupon over the phone. However, the service took longer than anticipated (47 minutes from arrival to departure), despite the team's efforts to maintain the order of service. Although I appreciate the staff's attentiveness to the queue, the extended wait time made me reconsider the value of this service. In the future, I might opt for a traditional oil change facility where I can wait comfortably indoors. While the price was higher than I'm accustomed to, I was willing to pay extra for convenience – a factor that, unfortunately, wasn't delivered.
