Best experience EVER! The employees are kind, welcoming, and hardworking. Especially Hotrod!!! He helped me with my oil change, answered all my questions, and made sure to explain anything that I didn’t understand. I will definitely be back again. Go see Hotrod he is THE BEST!!!

The wait was fairly long as it does take walk ins and I came in the afternoon, however once through the line the service was fast. The technicians were very helpful and friendly, explained everything I had questions on respectfully and were very thorough. I called ahead and they gave me a discount code for 20% off, which led to me getting a bit more than I had planned on getting done while staying within my budget. They gave me advice for future maintenance and were fairly quick with the services they performed. Would definitely recommend coming here.

I had a disappointing experience with the service. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They didn’t check the tyre pressures, battery health, or other essentials as expected. When I asked about it, they claimed to have checked everything, but it was clear they hadn’t. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Anyone who lives anywhere near this Valvoline should get your oil changed here!! THEY ARE GREAT!! I came by today, Sunday & thought they closed at 5pm but they close at 4pm. Cam came out and politely let me know. I told him I am about to drive my Aunt back to home to Mississippi (2 hr round trip) and my car has been burning oil. I told him I had a 5 gallon jug of Mobile One in my car. He checked the oil for me and it was very low again (I had 2 thousand miles until time to change) He added my oil and had to add a bit more than what I had. He told me to be safe and come back at my scheduled time but to stop by if I need them to check for my peace of mind. Management team for Valvoline- CAM IS AN AMAZING employee and genuinely nice person!!! Thank you Cam & Valvoline!!!

I can't recommend Rodarriyent at Valvoline on Union enough! He were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and explained everything clearly about my car issue. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but they also took the time to answer all my questions and provide helpful maintenance tips. Would never go back there. I went to go get an oil change there and the guy that was directing was rude. On top of that I was very humble didn’t say anything because everyone have bad days and it was early. My car is in the shop now because they never put any oil in my car. Now I’m stuck with a bill for engine issues. I’m telling everyone to never go to that location again. I went to the one in Southaven MS some years ago and they were awesome. It’s a shame how people take your money and treat you bad. 😞

When I first arrived the line was very long but the team that serviced my vehicle at the Union location in Memphis, TN moved efficiently and was also friendly while I waited. I’m always satisfied with my service at this location and the company.
