After my last oil change I noticed a puddle under my engine. I thought it was a fuel leak so I took it to my mechanic. He said the oil filter wasn't even hand tight and it was oil leaking. Luckily I didn't have a long trip planned or it would have been catastrophic.

I was misled on the cost of windshield wipers, and then they cracked my windshield while replacing them by letting the wiperless arm smack into my windshield. I did not notice anything until the next day when the unseen crack had grown to over a foot long. The service was friendly and they were even nice enough to leave oily handprints all over my car. UPDATE: Upon reading my review the manager went back and looked at video and got in contact with me to apologize and confirm that what I said was accurate. He explained to me the situation his shop was in that day and wanted to make things right. He payed to have my windshield replaced too. I do not remember his name but he was a class act and made up for my bad experience as much as he could.

Today date is September 14th. I’ve been sitting here since about 7:30 the workers are just now walking up at 8:01 am in no rush and there are 4 cars waiting. This is not how you run a business.

I have done my oil changes at this place here and so far everything was going well, I went yesterday at 6:40 pm to get my oil changed and the treatment was not the best, they didn't check my tires or the air filter, they only did the oil change and they were in a hurry. The worst thing was that when they put the cables on they damaged the battery, I arrived with my car working perfectly and this morning my car won't start, the battery is dead, I told the gentleman who helped me and he said everything was fine, now everything is not fine, my battery is off.

Avoid avoid avoid. Rude staff. Do not honor coupons. Won't be returning. Took my other vehicle to the New shop by meijers (Strickland ) and they have much better service and staff.

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. 1st the man said because it's a mercedez we have to use a certain oil, ok that's fine. The he repeated "because it a mercedez" several time. He said we may not be able to get the tires of because we don't have a tool to fit. I have had my tires off several times and I used a socket out of a $9 socket set from Walmart. After $168 they did absolutely nothing but change oil. No fluids, no tire pressure. Funny thing is. He touched all the caps to make sure they were tight. They were never taken off. Never go back.

I wish I could rate them 5 stars for every visit. I've been coming to this specific Valvoline for the past several years for good reasons: professionalism, timeliness, and no pressure to purchase more. They always complete their job well and offer more services with good explanations backing them up, but never pressure me if I refuse. Bonus, they're always friendly and polite, which is not the same experience I've had going to other Valvolines. Even when the line is long, I've never been here for more than an hour (there are exceptions of course), and it's worth the wait since I know the job is well done! Kudos to the management and the team working here!

Went to get an oil change and check up before going on a road trip. Asked them to not check the air filter or top off the wiper fluid. They took this to mean do only an oil change. I asked if they were going to check the tire pressure and fliuds and the first thing they did was start adding wiper fluid. They acted like they did something to my tires and the technician said he checked the fluids and they were "all good" but I only ever saw him check the oil and nothing else. I never had my headlights or anything else checked. I drove to the next closest location and they checked my fluids and tires for me. My tires were low and I had zero coolant in my reservoir. My suspicions they did nothing but said they did at this location were correct. I will never go here again after such incredibly poor and neglectful service that could have permanently damaged my vehicle.

They are always very friendly and knowledgeable! They also typically have coupons to help with affordability. Typically pretty well paced with service, but they are popular can be a little busy at times. The busier they are, the longer the wait, obviously, so just make sure to go when you've got plenty of time in case it's a busier day for them.

They don't accept competitors coupons. From what I seen online they do. Been going to them for years, won't be going back!
