Today when I change the oil on my car they said the air filter is at 50% off which will be $15 according to the service guy and I said okay. They sent the receipt to my email and I got home and checked the receipt they charged me $31.99 for the air filter. I might still have accept it, but the problem is not about $16 dollars extra it’s about honesty , trustworthy, ethical standards…

4 days after the oil change I noticed oil dumping from my front end of my Volkswagen GTI. Good luck if you go here! Also- I paid 125 dollars for this failed oil change

The workers at this location were wonderful! They were so welcoming and kind, they took in my car within half an hour of closing without complaint. I would recommend the gentlemen at this location for your oil change!

I went here for an oil change and paid a $100 and a few days later my car was leaking oil and it’s because they didn’t tighten the screw luckily I caught it before it came all the way off

This is the only location that we use in Lincoln, Ne. Love that the fellas here are always so friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I've never felt pressured into purchasing something from them trying to upsell their extra services available. They will let me know when something is looking like it needs replaced or how long before I should need to replace it. Huge shout out to Nick at the farifeild location for getting that pesky 'maintenance required' light reset.

I asked for an itemized receipt and the Boyos can’t tell me how much they actually charge for oil and parts, but hey heres a bill for you. Given the option at the beginning for oil quality and the standard is 20$ more than on their own website… they just want to upsell everything. VALVOLINE. ALL IM ASKING FOR IS TRANSPARENCY…

My first time going to this location. Everything went fine. Except they failed to tell me that I had a major engine oil leak. They did put it in my receipt with the notes which was my fault for not catching it. But I do feel like that’s something that should have been told to me verbally.

The people are very nice, but this is the second time they've over filled my engine with oil. I had brought my camaro to this shop approx. 4 or 5 years ago, so I had forgotten about it. I brought my van in today, and they filled the oil 1 inch past the safe line on the dipstick. They gave excuses, rather than drain some of the oil out. I'll be back in the morning, an hour before they're open, so the oil can settle in the pan, and they have no excuses why the oil is an inch over the safe fill line. I don't need seals to blow on my drive home to Memphis. I'll update my rating, depending on how tomorrow goes.

Highly recommend! Needed to get my oil changed before the holiday week! Technicians were super helpful with making sure i was road ready. They even checked over my wiper blades. The Manager at this location was also super helpful to go over the invoice with me. Will always make sure to be stopping by this location before i head out of town for any future trips!

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all if you value having oil in your engine. They cross threaded my drain plug when they reinstalled it and it created a bad oil leak on my girlfriend’s car. She discovered it when she got a low oil pressure light while doing 65mph on the interstate. We topped it off and limped it back to our mechanic and he diagnosed it as a major leak from the drain plug due to improper reinstallation. We ended up having to replace the oil pan entirely (which valvoline did cover the $300 repair) which left my girlfriend a week without her car. Valvoline didnt even offer us anything for our troubles whatsoever. Not to mention, our car ran low on oil which could cause severe damage that wouldn’t have happened otherwise. The worst part of this whole experience is that the Fairfield manager and technician who worked on our car went to our mechanic and acted really rude to him even though they were the ones who screwed the car up. I ended up tipping him because I felt so guilty for involving him with these rude people. I was a loyal valvoline customer until they damaged my vehicle and harassed my mechanic. I like their products but how can I recommend anyone to do business with them after my horrible experience?

New air filter, cabin air filter, rear wiper blade, and full oil change. No wait. Pulled right in. Done in less than 10 minutes. That is unbelievable. Very efficient. Thanks fellas. See ya next time. 👍👍👍
