NEVER SHOP HERE! We had oil changes on 2 vehicles during the month of June, new to the neighborhood and first time customers. Neither vehicle had ever had any sort of leak, but to our surprise and "coincidentally" within days we discovered they both were leaking. One was the oil plug, the other was a part of the transmission which I don't think they shouldn't have even been messing with. The fluid leaked out so quickly that we lost our transmission before realizing the problem... our vehicle had less than 100k miles. The other car also has low miles. I now have $5,000 in repair costs to my van. And also, my oil filter wasnt all the way tight when they were finished. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION! UPDATE: the business didn't take responsibility for their actions.

Quick fast experience. Got oil changed over my lunch break. Paid $101 after coupon. I didn't have to wait to get in and start the oil change, but expect to wait if both stalls are full. Would return.

These guys are amazing- extremely kind! I got an oil change at the Amber Hill location 2 days ago and after leaving, my car wouldn’t start/lagged quite a bit. After taking it back and asking to double check my oil filter, I got brushed off and told in not the most friendly manner I needed a new battery when it tested fine the other day (quoted me $290 for a new one), I drove to this location and I’m so glad I did.They double checked everything and made me feel like a valued customer. They double checked my battery and said it was fine. Not needing replaced. Highly highly recommend THIS location! Thank you guys!

Showed up on a Sunday after all the firestones jerked me around and they were able to get me in, do an oil change and send me on my way in no time. It was a fleet vehicle and they didn’t hesitate to help. Great service and friendly employees

They opened 15 minutes late and after waiting 15 minutes they realized they didn’t have what they needed to remove and replace the oil filter.

If I could give zero stars I would they charge me $250 to put a battery in my car to then two days later my car dies the motor goes out. I try to take the battery back to get refunded the $250, and the boss there says he will take the battery off my hands for me for free and resell. It talk about a joke.

The guys working today were fantastic and so kind! I didn’t get all of their names but Herman was the absolute best! He went above and beyond for me today! I love coming here where I always feel taken care of. It never feels like I’m being up sold on anything! The workers always tell me what I need and don’t pressure me to do it if I don’t feel it’s that necessary. 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

this location by 35th and old Cheney made my day, all the employees were very nice and honest! I took a used car from a dealership that I just bought and I didn't believe the dealership when they told me that an oil change was done so I took it to Valvoline so they can do it and the employee told me it's not necessary after checking the oil ( I didn't tell the employee that it was supposed to be done already by the dealership )

Currently waiting for an oil change after going to another location that didn't have my oil filter. I waited for almost 30 minutes without any staff acknowledgement before being directed into a bay again without any communication from the staff. I then had to wait for them to check in the vehicle that arrived after me. I have been going to and recommending vavoline since they opened but since opening up more locations they have really went down on customer service. They really do need to make sure to have oil and filters at all times. Customer acknowledgement is crucial for repeat business. Total time for an oil change over 1.5 hours and 15% off for the inconvenience from the staff. I will definitely be trying other businesses!

I was greeted in a timely manner. The associate that assisted me was very polite & helped me get my car into the bay without scraping due to it being very low, the mud flaps were on the ground was my car was in place. The oil change was nicely paced. Also the conversations with employees will definitely make me want to come back.

They forced me to buy the expensive oil for my oil change and said that no other oil would be an option. I did not want to wait to get an oil change elsewhere, as I was driving out of state that day and needed it done. I have been to this location previously, and was allowed to pick my own oil and have gotten different oil at other businesses in the past. The only difference this visit, is that I was alone. They see a young women, and do everything to take advantage.
