The folks at the Valvoline at Amber Hill Court did a great job on my 2021 Ram 1500. I went in because I saw a 'low Oil Pressure' message and my 'Check Engine' light came on, on Sunday Morning 01/19/2025. The Oil pressure message went away but the Check Engine light stayed on. They checked the oil and found that the oil was full and suggested that perhaps due to the extremely cold weather and because my driveway is a pretty steep slope, thought that that was the reason and that there may simply be an issue with the sensor. They checked the error code for the Check Engine Light and found that it was connected to the Oil Pressure sensor. So they reset the error. The Truck has not shown any errors or had any malfunctions since. I also did my oil change (full synthetic) at a reasonable price. I also got a 20% discount through my coupon. They also checked my tire pressure, lights and all my fluids and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. I did have some wait time, inside the bay, before the work got started, but they apologized for that and explained that they were having some issues with another customer's vehicle that was in another bay at that time and were trying to get that resolved asap. I like going to Valvoline because the tech are very friendly, know what they are doing, they are quick and it's a one stop shop for regular maintenance on my truck.

Professional service and I was able to get the service completed quite quickly without a wait. I wasn’t pressured to purchase any extras and was informed of the wiper and filter condition. I prefer this location over others in Lincoln.

Went in for an oil change, service tech on bottom side: Cory, proceeded to strip out the oil filter housing and then tried to blame the last place I had an oil change done at. They didn’t have the proper tool for the job. My truck is 11 years old, this is not something new. Wasted my time coming into the store only to have to drive from Lincoln to Omaha to have this simple procedure done. Also there prices are almost double compared to the competitors.

This place has always been super quick and helpful when I’ve needed an oil change. Today I got a flat tire and they were willing to help me put a donut on my car even though that’s not a regular service they offer. HUGE shoutout to Conner and Richard for helping me when I was stranded!! They got me in and out so fast. So grateful for them!!!

I have a 2015 Dodge Caravan and travel extensively for work. I get my oil changed exclusively at Valvoline. On 7/8/24 I had an oil change done at this location and was charged for a "premium" oil filter which I did not request nor was told about and I was also charged for "extra oil". I have been to dozens of Valvoline oil change locations all over the Midwest and have never been changed for "extra oil" on a 2015 Dodge Caravan. This location is very deceitful! Beware!!

Have been a returning customer for some time and would like to say these past couple experiences have been poor due to a certain fellow in the shop couldn’t catch his name but he is very un personable and treats me as if I’m of lesser knowledge he may be right but he could learn some 1on 1 skills might belong at jiffy lube

Didn't get the guard screwed back on so had to drive an hour round trip back the next day as it was dragging on the ground. No apology or compensation offered, but they did correct the issue quickly and politely so i will give 3 stars.

I don't feel like they did their whatever point inspection they say do. For synthetic oil change, it was over $100 and they asked if 35 PSI was okay with the tires but then never put any air in it. Another example is: on the completion sheet that they give you, they marked that they checked the battery and it was good. however the battery was dead when we went to pull off. The staff was really friendly.. But I guess does that really matter if they lied about half of what they say they did?

The guys were very accommodating and helpful. Was a bit of a wait and they don't do any greasing on your vehicle. Which is weird for an oil and lube shop. Would come back again tho.
