CAUTION! Do not trust them with your engine. They did not drain the oil before adding the new. Manager, Mathew, held his hand over the dispstick in the dark shop while asking me to verify the oil level. They refused a refund after the vehicle had to be towed to prevent damage to the engine. 12 quarts of oil were drained from an engine that holds 5.7 quarts. Braden stated that they had video since they record everything in the shop and pits. Manager is refusing access to the video. This was a mistake that should have just been a refund, but they've refused.

10/10 recommend this business. Everyone was so nice and extremely caring, omg they all made me feel right at home! I know absolutely NOTHING when it comes to anything vehicle (LOL) and they all explained what was going on and what needed to be checked and fixed. Filled all my tires up with air, checked my air filters.. Oh my lanta it was just spectacular!! Robert was outstanding and SUPER helpful!! And Alyssa is so AWESOME! They all are such an amazing team. 🫶🏼 If you are ever in need of an oil change, please come here to Valvoline on Gore! 🥹

I've been here 3 or 4 times now and I honestly won't go anywhere else everyone there is very nice knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service

Got an oil change last month. I had a small oil leak, and the GM told me it was the manufacturer fault. Went to a mechanic shop and was told that Valvoline destroyed the threads on the inside of the oil pan when putting the bolt back in .Cross threaded. Called a dealership they said that is not a factory issue. Now I'm out 1027.00 for a whole new oil pan. I need the owner of this location to respond asap.

Second time there. First contact - zero cost. They said my oil looked good. No need to change it. Topped off washer bottle. Spot checked my truck. Second time, full oil service. Cost was very reasonable. Very little upselling (important to me). In and out quickly. Service Team - very friendly and personable (very important too). Excellent contact / service

Service manager Robert was a great manager trying to fix what he said was a likely incorrect fluid change, however another manager got on the phone called me a liar and kept cutting me off from talking and then hung up after I was supposed to take the insults from him and talking down to me when all I asked was for the service to be re-done correctly from what the service manager recommended. Site manager was great, higher management doesn't care and swore its not their fault. Be careful what fluid they use and keep records as valvoline won't make things right even after they admit to the error on their part...
