Today I needed an Oil change at a decent price...looked through a few Possibilities and chose this one, I'm glad I did, the Service was quick, the Team friendly and Professional. I'll be going back...15 min in and out...Period.

When I first got my car, I was recommended by my older sister to get my oil changed there when it was time. I’ve had my car for about 3 years now. Each time I needed a service, Valvoline was there. I usually go to another location but since I’ve moved recently this was the location near me. Great service, good communication, friendly staff, good teamwork. This location really holds down the business.

Young man helped me in my Panic of having a light go on On my Dashboard that stated "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" Which was annoying me. He was very proficient and Kind and took the time to explain some of the reasons why the Light might be coming on but he fixed it on the spot and I am very appreciative of workers like he --I am a working man myself but I don't know beans when it comes to car problems.

The work they do always seems great, I have been to multiple locations and they are always friendly, never pushy with the add ons, always very knowledgeable and professional. That's all I ever want in a service, I never change, instead I recommend it!

I went in for an oil change and to check my AC. It was blowing hot air. Alexis started the process along with other team members. I was so impressed by his great customer service and his explanation of work that needed to be done. Excellent job, Alexis. Keep up the good work!

Really only came here because their website says “about 15 minutes” when that is clearly not true. Definitely bait because I waited 45 minutes before I took off and had to leave. A lot of workers just walking back and forth. Didn’t get to do the oil change so can’t comment on the oil change itself.

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible customer service. I have been taking my cars here to get oil changed for some time now. Apparently they have incompetent workers and the manager Jesse refused to do an oil change in my car. After I told him I had three receipts in my car for previous oil changes. He told me then I could speak to his manager on the phone. Was on his phone for 5 min just scrolling sounded like he was watching videos because then some video started playing. He was just lying to me and tried to show me a text message. I said you literally just told me I could speak to your manager on phone. Spoke to manager who couldn’t explain to me why 6 months ago my car was worked on here. Did I mention I went there after I called to make sure they had my oil filter in stock and told them I be getting an oil change to only arrive and be told no.

Divante has a great staff, with friendly service. Daniel was very helpful changing my oil and transmission fluid. They’ll replace your blinkers, taillights, check your fluids and windshield wipers all while getting an oil change. You don’t even have to get out of the car!

Great customer service friendly from the start of my call to find out the location and pricing offered coupon and was very clear when explaining everything upon arriving, it was very fast service everyone worked as a team to get the job done great communication between them. Will be back soon I’ll also be referring family and friends to use this location !

i came in today for the first time and got an oil change that was super quick and easy. i didn't catch the staffs' names but they were all super friendly and helpful. i ended up getting my tires rotated, tire pressure checked, air filters replaced along with the oil change and my total came out to $178, not only did they get my car fixed up within 30 minutes but they also checked up on all the other maintenance related things on my car and updated me for free. thanks to the super welcoming staff i think i found my new oil change spot

The guy in 2012 silver ford fusoin with tires set to 45 hahaha I appreciate you guys alot and thank you for everything you guys do!! Except last time I came u guys could fit the oil sucker thing in the engine so then u guys did it with the plug...after that I noticed my splash guard wasn't on correctly which caused it to be hinging and it dragged on the ground then I found out about. I replaced the entire bumper an the under splash pad last summer and now it's broke again...rainbow location...store # 090110

The staff at the Rainbow location in Las Vegas was professional and friendly. The manager spoken respectfully to his associates and the service was quick! 10 out of 10!
