Eric and another team member made sure my oil change was smooth and explained everything to me. When I had car problems post ok change, they took the time out to come and diagnose/ fix the problem. They exceeded my expectations!!

I didn't have to get out of the vehicle. Took about 10 minutes. If you do a search for a close location, check for coupons. I found one for $15 off.

Pierre and his team helped me. All-around world class service. I can’t recommend them enough. I just moved here for however long after the fires in LA and I had a dedicated team who I consistently visited to help me with my 21 challenger and my 12 Ferrari California and I was desperately hoping I’d find similar support out here. I feel comfortable taking my babies here.

The two individuals who serviced my vehicle were professional and courtesy. They explained everything before doing the dervice. They were quick. I just love not getting out of my vehicle. This is the absolute best place to get your oil changed and other maintenance. The prices are great also.

2023 raptor standard oil change, technician hands me part of my skid plate and admitted they damaged the nut that attaches it to frame by using impact wrench, however he stated that either way it is not their fault blamed it on poor part quality, supervisor stated it's not their fault and noted the receipt that it was stripped upon arrival which is incorrect, never had a problem before truck has 14k miles, do not go here will not take responsibility, they did not offer any type of solution, do not trust!

No customer service at this location. No interaction, no hello, no nothing. I also waited 20 mins & left after 2 vehicles were serviced before me that got there after me. Waste of time.

Stopped by this morning on my way to work because my tire pressure was low. Aside from the current car in the bay I was the only vehicle waiting. I was never approached or welcomed. I waited for 15+ minutes while several employees just stood around talking to each other. Eventually 2 others cars arrived and their vehicles were approached and they were given instruction, one vehicle was even let into the bay before I got any kind of service or instruction. I reversed my vehicle and left. I get all of my oil changes at vavoline and usually get good service, this location however I’ll avoid due to horrible customer service/communication. Disappointed

My first time going to this establishment. I stayed in my car the entire time while they did the oil change, checked the fluids, the tires, etc. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was in and out in 20 mins. I'll be returning there for sure!!!!

Transmission service was perform invoice shows 4pt was pump into transmission after being emptyed that equals 2Qt. The Initial fluid service should have been minimum 3qt. This is what required by Lexus Manufacturer for transmission service. I will return to service facility where my car was service. I hope they had good explanation why I'm 1qt short.

After a disappointing experience at a competitor (was told I'd have to wait 2-3 hours, even though I had an appointment) the guys here got me in and out in less then 30 minutes. The staff were super accommodating and professional, I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change.

I went to get my oil change and get the high mileage semi-synthetic blend option. I was told it is no longer an option, but I could go buy it and they would put it in my car instead. I will no longer be going to this location or any Valvoline if they do not offer options for higher mileage vehicles. Based on what I was told the standard oil change will require me to come in more often as it does not offer the same protection as the semi-synthetic one. Sounds like someone wants more business as a forced change instead of protecting peoples cars. My paperwork said that the air filter case was broken, they are the only ones that fully pull it off. I just had work done the day before on my car since it needed repairs and now it is magically broken, I saw the tech forcibly put it back together. Seriously, avoid this location.
