You’re so-called mechanical experts did not even do the normal all bait checks between the man on the top floor and the man on the bottom floor. They didn’t even reset my oil percentage on my car to make matters worse. I had received a free engine filter and a free cabin filter, and they would not simply put those items in without charging me a fee! Then when I try to do it myself, they said I could not do it myself on their property for insurance liability purposes. And I explained to them As a longtime customer for decades now I will drive my vehicle off of their property and change it myself before I’m Charged $9.99 to put an engine filter in while they had the engine filter box disconnected because they’re supposed to check the engine filter. Then they asked me if I wanted to have the cabin filter installed and they were charged me another $34.99 to install my cabin filter because there was 16 screws, which is a blatant lie. There are no screws to my Cabin filter. So I did just that I drove my vehicle 2 feet off their property and I popped the hood and changed out my own engine filter and inside cabin filter on my own at no charge. I guess instant Valvoline in there many changes have forgotten the point of customer service and in the interest of customer service being able to do the little things that means so much. I will now take my vehicle to Either another bobbling instant oil change, or I will find another oil change business to take care of my needs certainly wouldn’t have a problem, accommodating any interest of customer service!

Very professional, courteous, and informative. Given many options on what needed to be done for my specific vehicle in what time frame. Checked levels and tire pressure. Fast service.

Great service! Fred, Terry and another team member were the most professional and well informed crew I have ever experienced at an automobile shop. complete opposite of what I have received at the Cadillac dealership. The service was efficient, fairly priced and no sitting around waiting for hours to get your vehicle back.

Terry was super helpful and professional! He even helped reset our gauge. Colton and Isaiah had great communication and were so fast and professional also. The whole process took less than 10 mins and they all said a little farewell jingle on the way out. To be honest, it was the best oil change experience we’ve ever had. Even out 10 year old noticed the difference. We were very impressed. You can really tell that they have a great working relationship and take pride in their jobs.

After a long trip, my coolant light came on. I stopped by and Zane was able to quickly identify the problem and ended up fixing it. Mind you this car had been into at least three different places and they never caught the problem. Thanks to Zane for helping us out!

Fred is a please to deal with great outgoing attitude (also reflected with the rest of his crews positive atmosphere/morale, whilst still helpful and performing functions) and thorough too. Gaining a client ,not a customer! Merry Christmas!

I called ahead last Wednesday to this location or so I thought to notify the location I would be arriving in 10 minutes, which would be 10 minutes before close. The representative assured me they didnt close until the top of the hour and appointment is not necessary. I pulled into the location just after proposed at 9 minutes till vs. 10 minutes and the representative walks up to my car and tells me they cannot give me a simple oil change because I arrived 5 minutes to close. I corrected him and even though he looked at the time for himself he continued to insist he couldn't do the oil change even though I called ahead. I told him in the time he needed to convince me I arrived 5 minutes to and that their lines dont reach the exact location he could have performed my oil change. He supposedly left my window to get a manager, but another young representive returned to my window and doubled down that I came at closing and did not reach the location, as if thats my fault there orginization provides unique local numbers to reach a central location instead of the location. Instead he promises me 20% off if I return to his location. Literally writes my name and number on piece of paper so I didnt believe he would honor it in anycase. As someone who services 3 vehichles at Valvoline practically each month I cannot say I will be returning let alone to this specific location. The 9 minutes it took for you to dismiss one loyal customer was the same amount of time it would have taken you to honor the information from your central location which I literally showed you on my cellular device. Horrible customer service!!!

Ashleigh, Lawrence, and Terry were super prompt with service and very helpful with my questions. It was exceptional service from this staff and terry was great with his knowledge of certain service that would help vehicle. I will highly recommend these guys and this location to anyone.

Came here for an oil change on 11/2 and Terry helped me out. He was training a new guy and did a great job showing the new guy what to do and ensured everything was done correctly on my Jeep. Terry was also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made my time there even more enjoyable. I would definitely go back to here for an oil change in the future. Thanks for your hard work Terry!

I got a feeling that they did not drain my oil thoroughly when they showed me the dip stick it was dark and that was the color of my oil when I left my garage

My to go place for oil change but on 11/14/24 they were short staff and they literally just did the oil change nothing else no lights check or break lights and things like that, they seem rushed and not wanting to be there but this is the first time i had any inconvenience in this location.

This is the only place that we will go for an oil change for the past almost 2 years. It has saved us HOURS comparing to a dealership and hundreds of dollars. The staff is quick and friendly every single time! Terry and (Donald? I can't remember his name for sure- older gentleman), are so efficient & go over what may be needed for our car but do not push us heavily. They are respectful. Customer service 10/10 Service 10/10 Quickness 10/10

I came by when they opened yesterday with my 2014 Ram. The tech stated that they couldn't get to my truck as they didn't have an oil filter fir the make. I went to a different location where the tech told me they lied. They always have my oil filter, that they just didn't want to do the work! Was it because I'm a woman? From out of state? Never had my oil changed by this company before, and never will again!!

There is usually a little wait at this location - it's worth it! There's a reason why they are so popular, and it must be the service because once you are in, you are 100% of their activity until your service is completed. No hard sell either just honest choice that are well documented as their recommendations for you and your car alone. Factual and intelligent! I'll continue to go here to keep my, I believe... more than 40 year history with Valvoline alive... Nice!!! Alan

I visited this location for a quick oil change, expecting the 15 min service they advertise. I ended up waiting 45-1hr! No updates, no apologies, and no sense of urgency from the staff. I might as well have gone to the dealership. 🚮

I used to believe in your service. Until you left the drain plug loose on my favorite vehicle..... Then I send my wife to change the oil after give you another chance... And she's mortified because you have overfilled it on our other vehicle!!!!! Took it into Toyota to see just how much you left it overfilled because it didn't sound right and after allegedly correcting it I'm still 1.1 quarts overfilled... Never again.

I used to only go to the dealership to get my oil changed but no more. I had the best experience you can have while getting your oil changed at Valvoline. Josh (Lawrence), Michael and Darion were so great! They were efficient and informative. I left smiling and confident that my car was taken care of. I will only go here to get my car serviced. Completely gained my trust. Bye ABC Hyundai!
