Remy and Oliver are amazing. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. But the wait was long but the service was fast.

Great experience for anyone who can't or doesn't know how to change the oil. Super friendly and inexpensive. Find a coupon online they always have one. Checked my lights,tire air pressure, and filled my windshield wiper liquid. Great for the price reliable, trustworthy and no price gouging.

I used to come here before less that 45 minutes had my oil changed ready now I had to wait like 3 hours on the line in that case I would take my car to the dealer

Started out good Jaden introduced himself. We went through the variables. I told him I didnāt need an air filter. They did the tire checks and he kind of got scolded for not charging for an extra fluid. They normally do a check of your lights for safety. they didnāt do that, they didnāt reset the change oil light inside the truck however particular attention was given to the ation between the crew bottom side operator to the top side said good job Aaliyah on the communication but the emphasis was more on if thereās extra oil at 699 if thereās extra fluid for coolant, itās 699 or whatever the price was And previous visits to this location were outstanding this time. It was more about price than service especially when you donāt do the things or they donāt do the checks that they normally do my brake fluid no check and I needed brake fluid and maybe they donāt do that anymore because maybe thereās a charge for it I donāt know but Iāll probably end up having to go to another location because I like Valvoline but I donāt like this visit that I was recently

Amazing service. Waited about 1 hr total even with 2 cars ahead of me. Better than waiting 2-3hrs at some other places I've been to. They took about 15mins with the oil change when it was my turn. Abraham & Eddie are great people that take care of your car and I will definitely be a returning customer

First of all -- BE PROFESSIONAL!!! Do not be an idiot and joke around the garage with your buddies while customers have been waiting in an hour long line. 15 minutes for an oil change?? What a joke, especially at this location, very ghetto.

Go to the location on Nellis, the one on Craig destroyed my fluid plug and told me to go pay for it. A manager was supposed to call me back, but I'm still waiting almost three years later.

Objective with my service, they're ordering new equipment to perform more as time goes on. Employees are easy to talk to and get the job done.

I always come get my oil done here . This the first time no one greeted me . Then they made me wait inside my car in the heat . For my oil filter to come from autozone . Cause they ran out. But Kendrick the person who was helping didnāt get me notice. Or didnāt even apologize for the wait or give me a discount for waiting.

I will always come back here to get any car maintenance done. Nolan is a great manager, and all of the other faculty are spot on on what they do thank you guys for all the work you do.
