Rough start on Sunday am Jan 19. Ethan running the show. Compressor isn't working. I asked for a refund due to having mg to get out of my car as it is freezing. Ethan is trying to get my refund and get me out ASAP. Good man. Faulty equipment that turns my 10 min $100 oil change into a mechanic drop off and wait and wait should always warrant a return of funds to preserve trust. I'll be back.

Richard, my on-site technician, was extremely efficient and fun. From the moment I drove up, he literally identified and suggested every strategy I needed to get my car’s basic functionality back on track. Even though I was in for an oil change, they were willing to help some other much needed issues at a fair price.

In the checklist of services they provided, they said they checked the coolant reservoir level and that it was okay. It was low, and I refilled it. They also wrote that they reset the oil service indicator light, which they did not. They said they added windshield wash fluid, but that is also not full. All trust lost. Would NOT recommend.

Great professional and honest service here! Checked my battery, tire pressure, oil, filters, and they were very honest about what didn't and did need doing. Super fast and very polite. Way cheaper than going to the Lexus dealership here. Ethan's great.

I had an issue with my car overheating and they helped me get coolant in it and get me back on the road. Super nice guys and super helpful. I go here for my oil changes and fluid changes. Very fast and efficient as well.

Johnathan my tech help me out with everything so it made my day start so good. We got the oil change and the trans oil changed out. All the team that worked on my car made it fast and I was very happy with my service.

The CSR Brent at the LV7109-Charleston station offered superior customer service. He helped me find a good coupon for max savings & also informed me of saving 50% off local car wash that I was never aware of by showing my recent receipt. He was also very professional & knowledgable & recommended I get my radiator fluid flushed which I did. Thank you!!

The workers are always very friendly and helpful. I feel they are trustworthy and not trying to upsell me like many other places. I love I can stay in the car and don’t need an appointment. Jonathan was very kind.

This store has the best service in Las Vegas. everyone is very attentive and efficient. Every time I go for an oil change, I have a good experience. Today I was attended to by Tay who did an excellent job.

Went for a smog check, technician said the dmv computers were down and that no one would be able to give a smog check even other companies. Technician lied as I went to the next closest valvoline and they did it right away, This is a failure of either mgmt, the tech having profound disrespect to even bother checking or both. Went back and Mgr Conner didn't seem to care, told me me well they were down earlier in the day, I asked why didnt anyone check before turning customers away and he basically shrugged it off, made no apology , STAY AWAY FROM THIS VALVOLINE. If they are this lazy or lie, who knows what other shady things they do.

Change my oil with them many times previously with no issues but today found they changed the price on labor ( I always provide oil and filter) from $38 to $63 and they won't let customers know of this Change until the job is done. I think they can charge the prices every time they think is necessary to stay in business but let people know specially regular customers that are used to pay certain amount of $ for it

Charged me $99 for an oil change.The cabin filter was gonna cost $55 but ended up only $35. I even had a $10 off coupon, but still paid $135. Seems a bit high.
