The team worked so well together and kept me informed while they serviced my vehicle. They also helped me select the best oil to use since my normal oil type wasn't carried anymore. In addition, I could tell they also had great communication with each other working around all the hazards of working in there. The manager on duty created a great team.

The gentlemen at the Valvoline oil change location on Buffalo and Sahara in Las Vegas, were very professional and I felt very comfortable with sitting in my truck while they performed their work. They chatted casually but also were super professional in each step showing me the oil, filter, etc. I am the type that usually stresses about having work done on my vehicle, but not there. I felt very respected of my time and my money. Thank you.

The boys were super nice and the vibe of the shop was super positive. They seemed like they were having a really good time and it made me feel a little better cuz I had been having a hard day. As a young woman sometimes i feel like I’m condescended to when i go to get my car worked on but they didn’t make me feel that way, it was a quick, informative, and low-stress service.

This is the only place I go to for my service and have been for years. The staff is wonderful, always smiling and always friendly and they know what they're doing and will always answer any questions you might have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM/THIS LOCATION.

They specialize on Oil change and the 15 minutes time .I get to the first location and for my surprise they don't have the oil for my car.I was send to a second location, and they don't have the filter for my car ,even though is a place for oil change, they don't have the main ingredients, talk about where's the beef. Since is a corporate account what Im using as payment I have to continue looking for one of their locations .I finally find one that have both oil, and filter.20 minutes later while waiting for the other car to get finished I got what I have to search around due to not keeping a good supply of well oil and filters ,the main ingredient.

Went there for an oil change and they drained my transmission instead of my oil. Tried to blame me and gas light me when I told them my oil was overfilled. Connor the manager has very little people skills or communication skills. Still waiting for a refund for my oil change they didn’t do. Added pics of my oil, my transmission that “was leaking” per the mechanic, but in reality my oil pan wasn’t touched. The automatic response to these reviews says I should have my check in the mail with zero attempts to reach out. It’s for the public eye because absolutely no one has reached out and I’ve reached out to corporate, BBB and the manager multiple times. Don’t go to this place.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE QUALITY AND SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT REFUSES TO RESOLVE ISSUES PROPERLY!!! WAITED ALMOST TWO HOURS TO GET INTO GARAGE WITH NO ONE IN LINE EXCEPT VEHICLE IN GARAGE!! EMPLOYEES DIDN'T DISCLOSE ADDITIONAL SERVICES MAY TAKE LONGER TO ME!!! RUDE, ABRASIVE, DECEITFUL AND OVERCHARGED BY SUPERVISOR NO LESS!!! SENT ME INCORRECT REFUND WHICH I SENT BACK TO VALVOLINE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR TIME. SAVE YOUR CAR!! AVOID VALVOLINE!! Came for a smog check. It’s open and available but the only person who is trained on the smog machine left to pick up a coworker. Now waiting 20 minutes for him to get back. 4 other guys all standing around while I wait.

Do not take your car here. Instead let monkey's have at it, same results will apply. They used an impact gun on my wife's car's oil drain plug. A known, no no in this field and they should know it. Not to mention her car now has an exhaust leak from snagging something, pulling out of their fine establishment. On my car they left the air filter box, not all clasped shut, half way done job. They need to pay attention and quit acting like it's one big party in there. Focus needed.

Excellent! The staff was very fast and professional. I had been using Jiffy Lube since 2005 but their service, quality, and value have declined tremendously the last five years. Jiffy Lube stripped two drain plugs on my minivans than said it was whoever did it the last time. It was them. They pulled the oil out with a vampire hose and left the stripped plugs in. These guys took both of them out and did my oil changes properly. They also had Smog on Sunday and should put that on their Google services because they are the only ones offering this on Sunday. They checked my fluids, topped them off, and did a light check for me. I have a small fleet of vans and be using these guys now. It’s great quality, value, and service. Keep up the great work. Service like this is hard to find now.

That was my regular place for oil change for the past 4 years, the stuff was always nice but today I took my car to get oil change and after waiting 30 minutes they refused to take my car because they noticed a small drop off coolant leak, I tried to explain to them that it might because I filled my coolant lately and dropped some coolant probably that’s the reason, they still refused to take care of my car. So I was disappointed and went to Jiffy lube and they did a great job and earned a new loyal customer.
