Very good place to do business. Fast, efficient, helpful in explaining problems, willing to take the time offer solutions, and made sure I understood the process. They applied a 20% veterans discount, too. Gotta like that..!!

Wonderful location. Jesus was my main technician and he was very kind and explained to me step by step what they were doing. Every employee I spoke to was really nice and upbeat. You could tell the place is run great and the employees all work well together. Very girl friendly and doesn’t try to scam you, plus quick service!!

Don't go here !!Cracked my oil filter cap during oil change. Resulting in coolant mixing with my oil causing over 3,000 dollars in damage to my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They paid less than 700 for the initial repair and now NO ONE answers the phone... Update... the regional mgr told me " we don't pay these claims anymore, we've had so MANY COMPLAINTS OVER CRACKED FILTER CAPS, IVE DETERMINED ITS A MANUFACTURER DEFECTS...." That's right, they've broken so many, its not poor training and failed management, its Jeep... No accountability..Avoid valvoline at terribles, their crews may or may not be trained to not damage your vehicle

I had the best Best oil change experience on Tuesday. Staff kept me up to date on everything they were doing as well as no high pressure sales tactics. Great experience, staff is very friendly and helpful!

Last Saturday I got my oil changed on my way home from work. EVERYONE was so attentive, friendly, respectful and this team clearly worked so well together. They seem to have a great relationship with each other because they worked together quite efficiently and many communicated with me throughout the process, even offering me water more than once while I waited. Carlos was my main technician but I interacted with the manager and a couple others as well. We’ve frequented this location for years, but this is the best team yet!

What service! Right away I was seen. I have an old van and I was recommended several services and I went ahead and took their advice and I couldn't be happier. My van is running so much smoother. Thank you Valvoline for making my old girl feel new again.

I’m a loyal Valvoline customer, and I am ashamed of the actions of the manager I had the misfortune of having at the Las Vegas Sahara location. He is not what the company needs. When I told him of a private matter related to one of his employees, he actually told another employee, who laughed. I was embarrassed for the manager more than the employee due to the immaturity of the manager’s behavior.

Every time I come to this location, every staff member is just so friendly and helpful and generally seems happy to be at work. This is a quality that you don’t see often anymore. Whatever the management is doing for their staff at this particular location keep doing it because getting my oil changed for the last three years at this location is always a pleasure. Thank you.

I'd been unfortunately neglecting my car since I lost my fiance a couple years back, since he was the one that would take it for an oil change. I honestly was dreading getting it done because it had been so long, but the staff here was so friendly and helpful! They did it quick and easy, even explained to me why routine changes are important (which I did know, but I appreciated them caring). I'll definitely be going back here from now on.

Went in for oil change and then AC immediately stopped cooling after. Went back and they said it was coincidence and charged me to fill refrigerant. Never even got to original cooling level and then a few days stopped cooling again. Pretty sure they messed something up in the process. Never returning.

Me and my boyfriend Aisaiah went in for an oil change. They checked everything and we had some more things changed and/or repaired. Very good customers service and very helpful advise, especially by Jay! Great price and very friendly people.

Edited as of July 5, 2024 Took my car to a mechanic and he said they hadn't changed the oil filter from my last oil change. It was a month ago. How? -_- Original Post: Came in at 3:00 on a Tuesday because my car started making a knocking noise. The staff was really friendly and made extensive notes on what I needed to consult a mechanic for. She could tell I knew nothing about cars and made it really easy for me. After the oil change the car is running smoothly and I know what I need to fix in the future. Great experience, thank you!

Only giving one star for now. Because I just received an invoice. That was wrong, the invoice states that I got my tires looked at but I went in for my AC. Unit, and so I'm leaving this here to prove that I came in to get my AC serviced. And the invoice that they gave me said tires. I just want to make sure no one's trying to cover themselves. I will definitely change the stars once I feel satisfied. I can say that the gentleman that did help me Did give me wonderful customer service. But the invoice makes me feel uncomfortable.
