Cyle and crew were AWESOME! I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received and I will definitely be coming back to this location the next time I need an oil change or any other services that are offered. Y'all make sure to keep Cyle around, he's a true asset to the company.

Cyle and Devyn at this store were so attentive, efficient, professional and kind. I usually go to the location in dandridge, and have never had service like this. These employees are a true asset to this company. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. Will definitely return

Cyle and Devyn were absolutely phenomenal. (As well as the rest of the crew) Not only did they make the whole process incredibly smooth, but they were friendly and personable without making me feel pressured in buying add ons. Will be coming back to this location every single time.

I love coming to this Valvoline when my car needs an oil change or other services! The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, super friendly, and they never pressure you to buy any extras/add ons. And I love that they remember who I am when I come back. Today I just needed an oil change, and the staff who helped me were Cyle (topside) and Cole (down below). And it was fun to chat with Cyle for a bit, when he found out it was my birthday today, and his own birthday is in a few days! But anyway, if your car needs servicing, or an oil change, come to this Valvoline! 😊

For one thing, the people who work at the location where I go are very helpful and very friendly and likable!! And I'm very grateful I can use a coupon to save money! And I think your company does excellent basic maintenance!!

We came in 10 minutes before closing at Valvoline in Seymour, TN. Our battery died 100% just as we drove up. Devyn, the manager, Cyle, topside, and Javeon, downside replaced the battery, getting us on our way again in 1/2 an hour! They stayed on past closing. We couldn't have asked for better service! Highly recommend!

First of all the prices are high They didn't put air in my tires and top off my car fluids I tried to ask them a question about windshield washer fluid and they told me they already did it they liked bushed me off and said everything was done

I've never had an easier oil change excellent customer service not pressured to buy anything extra just educated on what it does for the car and I decided to buy. Was in and out in 15 minutes

This place is the best around the staff here are awesome if you need your oil changed this is it the only thing they couldn't help me with was an air filter but my truck is a 1997 so I understand Erin was vary nice and friendly she's a great person I think she needs a raise just saying the other staff was great as well but she made it an awesome experience letting me know what was going on and just being friendly great job will be coming back this is the only place I trust with my oil changing needs
