My uncle had heart surgery and we took his wife’s car for service at Valvoline on Kingston Pike. Joe was so helpful and found coupons which helped get the cost down to $11 for our oil change! This was my first time at Valvoline but I will definitely be back.

This is an awful place to go to. Customer service is awful, the person I spoke too was super rude and did not help at all. I got my oil changed, spent almost $150 and they messed it up. Put crappy oil in my engine, (I asked for premium) which in turn has messed my engine. They stripped the bolt so much i have too take it too the ford dealership too fix, so even more money wasted because of this crap store. DO NOT GO HERE. Awful awful awful
