I dealt with a guy named Dustin..I believe. He was very professional and answered any questions I had and wasn't trying to up sale me on anything. Him and his Co workers were very professional and did the work needed in great timing. Everyone I dealt with was very respectful and professional. Would highly recommend going to this location in the future.

I have been using Valvoline for many years and have continued to do so because of excellent service. However, I have to do this review because I was treated with extraordinary patience and kindness yesterday! I had my vehicle worked on for a headlight that wasn't functioning properly yesterday afternoon. Afterward, I had several errands to run including going to a car wash. When I got home and unloaded groceries I noticed that the parking light and the tail lights were on even though the car didn't even have the key in it. I panicked, called Valvoline, and was told to bring it back in. I was horrified because I am elderly and disabled and I was already tapped out. I hadn't had dinner yet and they were about to close so I had to leave anyway right then. When I got there, a young man quickly checked on everything and said he could find no reason for the lights to be remaining on like that and assured me that it didn't have anything to do with the work they had done because he checked those wires. I let him know that I was really concerned because I live alone and I have no way to get any help with this. He took the time, then, to consult with some others and after a little while it was suggested that there might be a button on top of the steering column that needed to be checked because those buttons are on a lot of older cars, which mine is a 2004 Subaru. Sure enough, there is a parking light switch there that must have gotten depressed by the car wash folks when they were cleaning the interior. This young man was so kind and patient with me throughout and diligent enough to persist and seeking a solution that he absolutely made my day! I honestly believe that he was answered prayer, because I had been praying for help from the moment I discovered the problem! When I told the manager about his Stellar performance, I was assured that he would receive commentation for it from management. This is how you run a business, folks!

I always use Valvoline for my vehicles. It's easy in and quick. I hate making appointments. Coupons are always available and some places give student discounts, just ask.

Showed integrity today. Brought my car in for oil change. They showed me that my Oil was still good for a while longer. Offered to do a quick checkup and adjusted my tire pressure. No charge. Will be going back.

I pulled up and was instantly greeted, He was very polite asked what I needed I told him, I only waited 5 minutes till I was able to pull my car in, the checked my car, changed my oil I would say it took 15 mins the most but only because I added something on other than that I would say I would of been out in 10 minutes! They were really nice and wonderful he told me other things that I need to change and will definitely be going back to get done! Hands down it was the best service I’ve ever had! I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to my friends!

They are amazing if you can go a few weeks without your car, are fine paying $200+ for an oil change, and letting them cause irreversible damage to your car. Went and got an oil change and was upsold an air filter that was installed incorrectly and caused my car to shutter and shake. Took my car same day to my mechanic and they fixed the issue caused by Valvoline which ended up costing me $150 on top of the $92 Valvoline oil change. Filed a claim with Valvoline for the cost of repair and was told because I did not call Valvoline and schedule their mechanic to come out and look at my car that I would not be getting the full refund for the repair. Being that I’m employed I have to have my car in functioning condition to get to work. I don’t have time to wait a few more weeks to hopefully get my car fixed/ refunded, but if you do, there’s no better place in town.

They were very nice friendly and professional but after I left I noticed one of my hubcaps was missing I'm not saying they took it but it didn't come up missing till after I left but other than that they were friendly and nice thank you
