I’m always satisfied with my visits at valvoline and this time was no different. I love how thorough the employees are and how fast they get everything done. You guys are a little more expensive than some of the other places but i think it’s worth the extra money!

I would recommend the Valvoline on Merchants Road in Knoxville Tennessee and Dave the manager and the staff anytime they were kind and considerate.

Quick process for oil change, and got to stay in my car. They also replaced a brake light that was out and checked other fluids, tire pressure etc. Everyone there was very nice.

Quick and professional oil change. The person at the register was friendly. The people working on my car kept me updated and even admitted to a mistake they'd made, how they fixed it, and what to look out for.

I have been coming to this location for over a year with multiple cars in my household. Never had a problems into my first encounter with the new manager. Very rude and talked to me like I was stupid. We will not be returning here.

It does only have two bays so you might have to wait a second, but the guys are cool. Valvoline in general is a game changer.

Manager is lazy. I’ve gone here 3 different times and each time he’s told me he can’t do an oil change bc he doesn’t have the correct oil filter. As I pulled in each one of the employees were just standing around goofing off-the management/manager of this location obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing, doesn’t know how to properly stock inventory and doesn’t care that his store has lost hundreds of dollars at this point from me alone-I’m sure I’m not the only person to whom he’s told this story. Go to Firestone, save yourself the headache.

Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable for a oil change place. Told me the current condition of my jeep for fluids and consumables like wipers. They informed me of potential issues like my air filter and transmission fluid level. And I have had a bad oil leak for awhile even had another knoxville shop do work and diag work to find issue and they failed to see oil filter was very very loose causing issue. Awesome girl here was like oil filter was loose on arrival and I am so happy she told me that as I figured a trusted repair shop did the work I paid them for. Overall awesome place Ill take jeep hear after repairs to verify common issues are not over looked by shops.

Always kind and don’t pressure me to upgrade, show me all the options. Kind staff. Jordan was extremely kind and knowledgable. Aurora performed the oil change and communicated to me really well. I prefer this location to those around them primarily due to the customer service.

Issac is always great when I come in to get my oil changed. The team is very professional and fast everytime! Couldn't be happier with the service! Ashley was fantastic as well and so was Aurora I always come here to get my servicing!

I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve not been back since December 2022. I went to get transmission fluid changed and tires rotated. They didn’t want to do either but I insisted on the transmission work. They told me my tires still looked great and no wear on the tread… they just didn’t want to deal with it and now I find out that the tread is basically gone on the inside front tires and I need new ones. They’re only 3 years old and they must have taken a quick glance at the most visible part. I get my oil changed at take 5 now. It’s affordable, in and out quickly and I don’t feel ignored.
