Had to wait for 45 minutes just for them to tell me they didn't have the parts for my car (called first to make sure they would). Do not recommend.

I have been there many times, went last week and the manager stated that the previous company had stripped the bolts on the skid pan. I don't believe that was the case, just didn't have time to fix our problem. Won't go back, and I don't recommed this place to anyone. He said we will just add oil to the old fiter, and acted if I wasn't knowledgeable of the issue. Very Very disappointed.

This was a bad experience we were not waited on accordingly we had to wait for over an hour and then charged $60 for oil change the assistant manager David was very rude I do not recommend to anyone

Awesome deal! 50 percent off an oil change! With tax 27 dollars!!! I'm super stoked. This was for a conventional oil change. Just google 50% off coupon and show it to them, viola!! #chefskiss Also, everyone was cordial and worked quickly/efficiently to get it done! Very good experience and I will def be back soon!

I like that do all the extras with oil change, top off fluids and tire air pressure. I like that it's convenient and quick for me to stop by anytime and get my oil changed!

The assistant manager, Devon was super helpful and let me come through even though it was very close to quitting time. He could’ve said no, but went above and beyond. They have an absolutely great crew here and do a fantastic job every time. I recommend!

The guy told me it would be about 10 to 15 minute wait. Later I finally left without an oil change. Got tired of waiting.

Devin was amazing! I drove an hour to get an oil change. I showed up 5 minutes late, and he still took my car in to get it done. The professionalism was top notch, and we will only go to this location for all of our oil changes moving forward!

We have always used this location, in Knoxville, TN (Maynardville Pike). We have moved to Clinton, TN and still make the drive to this particular location. Kevin and Arlee are SUPER!

Always great service. Manager Kevin runs a great group of employees and seeks to always satisfy customers. Employee named Devin provided outstanding customer service on 9/7/24. He answered all of my questions about type of oil to use due to reduced vehicle usage and transmission fluid change.

Terrible experience today. The manager, Kevin, was yelling at the employees the entire time. He was supposed to be doing my oil change, and disappeared for so long that I decided to leave without getting my oil changed.

Went to take 5, they told me they couldn’t do an oil change for some reason. Tried to send me to a mechanic shop. Went to Valvoline instead to see if they were just lazy or if they actually could do it. Valvoline did it with no problem! Definitely will be coming here again
