Technicians left oil fill cap under hood next to the hood latch.l when closing hood. When they could not get it to close they were also unsuccessful in getting it reopened. I had to open the hood myself, then multiple technicians laughed and sneered about why they were unable to close or open the hood. Nothing was said to me in the way of an apology or note of concern. This was the first time I waited for service to be told that they didn't have my filter in stock. I then went to retrieve my own filter, and when I returned I waited my turn to enter a bay, no problem. I got back in the bay, provided the filter and then was charged as if everything was being supplied for me. It was not explained to me that this would be the case, as I would assume if not all items are being provided not all charges will be applied. But I was wrong. I won't be returning here. Suggestion to others, be leery if you come in with any older model vehicle to location on 99/10 in front of Costco. You'll likely have to go source your own filters and then still get to pay full price and hopefully they don't attempt or actually damage your vehicle in the oil change process.

Courtland the guy who was our attendee didn't seem to sure about info he was giving us on our oil change. We were charged twice and he kept saying it will be pending but we will get it back.The female manager act like she didnt know her job/ dutie. We will not be back to this location.

Constant turnover and different teams every time. What part of this is “instant” I’ve been sitting in line now for 30 minutes and your team has had the same 3 vehicles in there the entire time.

Very bad service. They removed the under cover of my car to change the oil. But didn’t close it. If you want a bunch of kids to play with your car, go there.

I highly recommend getting your oil changed at Valvoline and using Valvoline oil I have used Valvoline oil for over 30 years. I highly recommend Valvoline oil.

I would recommend whoever is reading this takes my warning seriously. If you want something done right, the only way is to do it yourself, I took my import luxury sedan in for a full synthetic oil change, they never refilled my oil, I would post photo/video evidence, but Im going to retain that for my files. I drove home thinking everything is fine and thats when my motor blew up. I reached out to the shop and corporate as I know they have insurance for this exact reason, filed a claim, just to get a generic phone call from the shop manager the next day indicating that my claim was denied and they did everything right without even checking or wanting to see my vehicle. I'm not gonna stop until I get a resolution because my insurance wont cover this as its not a accident and a result of this shop's negligence. This also happend to my father in his corolla at a location in Waller TX, and these issues are VERY well documented online with places like these. Do not come here.

I should have read the reviews before coming here! My car had no pre existing issues before trying this place for an oil change! They claim to have put 4.9 gallons of oil in my car July 17 24! My motor locked up on Monday due to no oil in my car! Received a call from the service manager NoAh! Agreeing to the negligence they put the wrong oil amount and wrong sticker in my car! He than stated he would give me a free oil change for the trouble! No thank you my motor is locked! He stated it was policy to come out to check out my car due to filing a claim I recorded him pouring oil in my car as if it would magically start! He tried to talk his way out of what he assumed happened! After I told him I had him recorded stating he put the wrong amount of oil in my car he stated my claim would be denied by upper management and he would make sure of it! I will be moving forward with legal action! Just from the reviews alone I see this happens a lot! I’m so happy I recorded the entire thing! DONT TAKE YO CAR HERE!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Not when you don't change the oil here, the staff doesn't know what to do, we broke the part and told us that it was so and they don't know how to change the air filter, DO NOT COME TO THEM NOT WHEN YOU APPRECIATE YOUR TIME AND CAR

Siempre he cambiado el aceite de mi auto en esta tienda pero hoy ellos no quisieron hacerlo porque tienen muchos clientes y la excusa que me dieron es que no tienen la herramienta para remover el filtro de aceite, cosa que es mentira porque siempre lo he hecho aqui. Me dijeron que les lleva mucho tiempo y creo que por eso no lo hicieron. Mala experiencia.

The only reason I give them 1 start is because I don't have an option for cero this place is a joke. I've been going there for the past 2 years for inspection, same car and never had an issue this year car fail for titns that came with the car that has pass other 2 years prior and was put in the system and now I have to wait 15 to take it to a different place.

They did an amazing job on inspecting my car and oil change was quick and efficient. They also helped me remove my broken splash shield that was dragging underneath. Amazing team. 🙏🏻
