They are CARELESS! Didn't find out until we went for a "new" oil change that this location didn't drain ALL of the old oil from our Jeep before adding the new oil? Crazy? Manager, Mason, supervised that prior service and they still messed up! We had over 10 quarts... frustrated and never going back to a company that refuses to accept fault! BEWARE!!!!

I just wanted to do the state inspection and the bay was being used to do an oil change. I waited 5 minutes before asking how long it would take, one of the guys in there said “it’s going to take 35-45 minutes”. No one was working in the vehicle and while I waited, new vehicles got there, their oil change and they left, and I’m still waiting for the guy to get done with the oil change. The whole “in about 15 minutes we change your oil” its a lie. Update: Once i was inside, Mason provided great service. The one with the attitude was Johan.

Got there at 6:20 with leaking oil and they said they couldn’t do anything because they already closed down the register after telling me I wouldn’t make it very far down the road. They close at 7 for reference.

Just spent an hour and a half there trying to get a state inspection only to be told that their inspection computer system hasn’t been functioning correctly. Had I known up front I would have gone somewhere else.

Took my car there on Sept 5th for an oil change and state inspection. They started taking out the old oil before checking to see if they had the filter for my car. Half way through them removing the old oil, they told me that they didn’t have the filter for my car and that they sent someone to O’Reilly’s to get a new filter. Fast forward to 1 hr and 45 mins later. I am still waiting for them to finish my car because they were having trouble putting the new oil filter in. I spoke to the manager and he apologized for not informing me about them not having the filter in stock and he apologized for taking forever to put the filter in. This completely messed up my entire day. If they had informed me that they didn’t have the specific filter for my car. I would not have gotten an oil change at this location. For reference the guy that serviced my cars name is Glen Atchison, and the managers name is Mason Rosenbaum.

Great customer service. Got my oil changed and inspection done on two cars and was done in an hour and a half (including 20 min of drive time to exchange the cars). Pleasant, efficient, and respectful service!

Unprofessional staff and careless service. We had damages costing 1300 dollars because the technician didn’t secure the undercarriage properly and Valvoline wouldn’t pay for the repairs.

How incompetent do you have to be to SNAP a tire lug nut? Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. While rotating my tires the unqualified technician snapped the lug nut, bolt and all, on my drivers side tire. Keep in mind, that is something that is incredibly rare, lug nuts do not just break off on a 2023 car with under 14,000 miles. The staff left me waiting in the waiting area for a long time, I could see them gathered around my tire laughing together. I assumed it was just coworkers cutting up together as they worked UNTIL one of them bothered to come tell me they broke my lug nut. There was no apology given, just “we can fix it next week”. I informed the lady I have a 300 mile business trip scheduled for tomorrow and she told me it’s no big deal, drive it, it’s ok. That does not work for me. I told them I would take it to a shop have it fixed and send them the bill. The manger (who refused to speak to me) told his associate to tell me he would not reimburse me for the damage they caused. AVOID this place.

Technician couldn’t figure out how to connect my truck for an emissions reading. Spent 45 minutes trying multiple machines. She sent me away unable to complete the test. Upon bringing the vehicle to a Meineke nearby, I learned that she marked the vehicle down as a failure of emissions test. Unprofessional and dishonest.
