1st time at 'instant oil change' and throughly impressed. Walter was professional, felt like I was at an old school, 'family' owned garage, that took prode in their work. He took me through every step of the process. Will be coming back. 2nd time and Walter and crew were top notch AGAIN and I will be back shortly with my other car.

Favorite oil change place I've found in Jax Beach. AI and Rick are pros. Very fast service and friendly technicians. Other places had me waiting for two hours but these guys are efficient and very professional. Great service. Will definitely continue coming here.

Nice staff, I don't have to get out of my car, and they use the vacuum method so I can see the old oil coming out and there is no disturbance of the under tray of my car. Speedy, attentive, and friendly service. What's not to like?

A very sad client. Sadly to say that this place have had ruin my Kia 2019 engine, I went for an oil changed in 2024,and ended up with and engine replacement due to oil spill in it. Very immature people especially Walter H and the younger crew, of course they had to pay for all this, but the worse is that I am not the only one with this issue it has happened many times already. Never again bring my cars to this place. Please be advised be careful with your cars. Karma is real, what you do to others it comes to you☝️no need photos Walter H knows very well how his issue.

They have no traffic pattern. More than 3 cars in line, and then you are in the Wawa lot. Prob best if they make sure the line stays against the southbound curb but they don't enforce it. The line was in front of the wawa gas pumps so I bailed. They should have thought this thru before building the lot they are on

We have been using this Beach Blvd next to Wawa, location for some time to service all of our cars. Walter and his team provide exceptional customer service. Walter the manager is always friendly, professional, and never too busy to answer a question, offer solid recommendations, and is always helping his team. His top level leadership shows with his team as professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable regarding all aspects servicing customers. I am so satisfied with this location and team I wanted to write. It's a breath of fresh air to go somewhere for service and just get the best, it's obvious this is what they expect to deliver and do. Fast, knowledgeable, not super expensive (we have a hybrid so it CAN get pretty pricey at times for upkeep and care), they were all very friendly there and chatted with us while they were getting things done. Very good experience!

Told them I just want an oil change please don’t touch anything. They ended up shorting my battery and killing it, would not recharge. Had to replace my 200$ battery. Manager refused to speak with me. Am now pursuing legally, stay away.

Broke down on the interstate, 35 miles outside Jacksonville on 10/9/24 at 5:45 am as a direct result of their failure- oil filter seal wasn't replaced and oil was ALL OVER the underside of our truck. This isn't the first time that a Valvoline tech has done this, but it is DEFINITELY the last.

I have been using Valvoline for oil changes for over 10 years, until today. My experience today was the worst ever. The technician did not do a light or brake check. Did not check my tire air pressure did not even tell me of any recommendations for my vehicle, (always have done this before) and wasn’t even concerned about resetting the mileage until asked. For $90.+ I can find somewhere else to go!!!

Getting turned away in my fiat 500 saying “we don’t work on those cars.” Are you kidding me? It’s the same engine in the 1.4 dodge dart and Chrysler 200, Every other Valvoline I’ve ever been to has had zero issue getting it done as long as I brought my own filter. Ridiculous.

Immediately after getting my oil and filters changed I had problems with my car that have not stopped. I thought I was saving money and getting a deal with the Groupon but it’s truly not worth it. They had my car in the bay longer than usual because they couldn’t figure out what they were doing down there. Pay the extra money and go to the dealership with car experts who KNOW.

My oil change was $95 for an F-150. I’m good with that. I went here for the first and last time today. As soon as I pull in I can hear the “technician” beneath my vehicle with an impact. I specifically asked him to not use the impact. Well guess what?! My skid plate is held in place by 6 bolts. When I get home and close the driver door I hear a rattle under my truck. I check it out and 4 out of 6 skid plate bolts are stripped from over-tightening. In the process of fixing this I found that they didn’t give me a new oil filter. AND they made a god forsaken mess under my truck and in the engine compartment. Valvoline has demonstrated complete incompetency in the most basic of automotive maintenance services. To make it all worse, literally while I’m getting my oil changed another customer comes in and starts to speak with the manager about an issue with his vehicle from last week. He brought a diagnostic report with him. Enough said. This is a disgrace and I won’t be returning. Save your vehicle from the torture of these hacks and go somewhere else.
