Peyton was very informative and helpful with my oil change. She made sure all directions were clear and easy to follow. She didn’t use pressure tactics to try to get me to buy items I didn’t need. The big plus is I got to stay in my Jeep!!

Peyton was my designated Service Technician and provided me with exceptional customer service today. When I first pulled up to bay, she waved which I understood that she would be available to speak with me shortly. I feel that she acted very professional while working around my car checking each tire air pressure and the engine air filter. We discussed options regarding oil change either synthetic blend or full and also recommended that my wipers looked dry. I chose to wait on the wipers for now but selected the synthetic blend and was also able to use a corporate coupon from my I-phone. Overall, I felt that I received high quality service with a great price all in about 20 minutes start to finish. I will plan on returning with one of my other vehicles soon.

Great customer service from Ethan and team. Great customer service, good value and location. Ethan was my initial contact through phone and he is friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I arrived, he and his coworkers, assisted me and got me on my way within 15 minutes.

Brought my 2019 Tundra for engine oil service, transmission service, and to have the front and rear differentials serviced. Johnny is super. The team is friendly and has a great attitude. Came on a Monday afternoon and they drove me right in. They’re careful about every aspect of the tasks. Appreciate the good service here. Will definitely be back next time that I don’t feel like doing the service myself!

Very upset customer, will not be coming back. Just sat for 40 mins, they had a large diesel engine truck which took a long time so they kept making cars move back and forth for who goes 1st. The car in front of us was done but again they wanted us to move over and wait behind the truck. No, I'm not gonna keep moving and waiting another 40 mins. Not knowing when the truck would be done. Horrible service. If he walked up and told us it would take this long, we would have left with no issue but nothing was communicated.
