Price to High. The one on Keystone service needs to get a little better. It was only one nice guy in there. Who's trying to be helpful in knowledgeable? The rest need to go.

Zachary and Brody went out of their way to inspect our vehicle for a noise that we were experiencing. While doing the inspection they topped off our fluids. Unfortunately, we could locate the source of the noise.

I always go with my girlfriend to get her oil change. It's usually like 55-60 dollars which is normal. The one time I do not go. She comes back and now it's 108 dollars? Called the store and they said they asked her if she wanted full synthetic and she replied with "whatever I usually get". They then proceed to not check what she usually gets (which if you are asking her to pay right as the oil change is happening you should be able to check right then and there what she usually gets) They do the oil change then do not give her the sticker on when she is suppose to come in next because the printer is broken... just write it on some paper? They also don't reset it on her dash so it still says she needs an oil change. DIDNT air up her tires or check anything else. They saw a woman by herself and knew they could take advantage of her lack of knowledge when it comes to cars and it really comes off pretty scammy. Offered a 20% discount on our next oil change which HOW IS SHE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHEN TO GO WITHOUT THE STICKER OR DASH FIXED. Ridiculous. Even if it is only a hundred dollars it's the principle of you guys knew what you were doing and the lack of detail shows. Never will come back.

Very unprofessional establishment! Brought my car here for an oil change and I after I left I noticed a huge oil leak that wasn’t there before. Took the car back to valvoline 2 or 3 times to let them know I had a leak after getting an oil change. They attempted to fix but I still had the problem, fast forward to losing so much oil I had to take the car to a shop for repairs. Shop diagnosed my car with a crack in the oil canister where the oil filter is placed. Shopped advised that the oil canister was over tightened. I paid $800 in repairs to be told I would be reimbursing by valvoline. I put a claim in and it was denied. Manager does not want to assume responsibility. She says she asked the tech if he used correct tools and he said yes. There is no video footage of an oil leak when I brought the car to valve line other wise they wouldn’t have performed the oil change! I have appealed the denial and asked to speak to hire ups will give updates , I do not recommend going to Valvoline for an oil change , not honest and does not assume accountability for damage done to vehicles

After a bad experience at Take 5 on Keystone which caused some (minor) issues with my car, I came to this Valvoline and received the proper services (oil change, transmission fluid flush, coolant flush) and they even fixed the incorrectly installed air filter (done by Take 5) which solved the issue my car was experiencing. Service was prompt, questions were answered, and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be coming here for oil changes and fluid top-ups from now on. Thank you Valvoline!

Arrived at 9:30 am to get my oil changed. Explained I needed a special oil and they would have to suck it out instead of draining it. Had to call my husband so they would understand it better. They finally got it figured out. They started sucking out my oil, just to stop because they didn't have the oil. I left to go to Autozone to get the oil. Returned and found out they didn't have my filter either. Luckily, I had an extra one. Took an hour to get my oil changed. I most likely won't be going back to THIS location.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed. The service was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional. I didn't experience any issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this location for an oil change.

I love this place they do an amazing job and they let you know everything that’s wrong with your car they even give you advice on what to do when something is wrong never had a bad experience with them at all I most definitely recommend coming here for more then a oil change they all are friendly and never have an attitude

this was the best oil change i have ever received! the manager destiny was super helpful and super informed and the rest of the crew got me in and out super quick! highly recommend:)
