I tell them every time I go how much I appreciate the professionalism, cleanliness, timeliness, and friendliness. Great value and good coupons. Another big plus for me is that everyone is always well groomed in properly fitted, clean clothes. It makes a big difference.

Scratched my vehicle during service. Previous visits were ok, but new crew was not fully paying attention. They kept repeatedly asked me the same question about my car, etc. Disappointed as I really appreciated the quick service previously.

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Tech let me know that I didn't need a rotation yet rather than upselling me. Much appreciated. Earned my business going forward!

We stopped in last night for an oil change and Pedro the manager took care of us. It’s obvious he knows what he’s doing and most importantly cares about his customers and employees. This was the first time I went to receive an oil change and didn’t feel forced or obligated by employees trying to upsell me.

: I am highly insulted by the mannerisms of your manager Pedro as this visit has been a pure headache and will more than likely play a huge role in my choices for this or any service moving forward. I have 4 vehicles and at one time or another they have been serviced a this location and I stated that to show that I have something to measure this visit against. I visited this location as I have regularly in the past for an oil change, pretty simple stuff. Upon arrival I was told there was a 15 minute wait which is understandable and reasonable but the 15 minute wait turned into and hour and then a half hour to provide the service. After the service I noticed my oil service light had not been reset so I returned to the manager Pedro and asked that this be done which has always been a part of the service. Well it took another twenty minutes before I went back inside and explained that I had be waiting where Pedro told me he would come to perform this service. He then took another 15 minutes he said watching you tube to learn how and began to perform this application to my vehicle. Well after an additional 15 minutes he stated to me he had performed the said task and i then asked for a receipt which he told me was emailed to my email on file. That didn't happen either. When I got into my vehicle to drive it on 11/29 the service light came on of which I had already felt or suspected he had lied as I watched him try to do the reset. I returned to the store and asked to speak to the manager only to find out Pedro was the manager. I explained to him that he did not reset the service light nor send my receipt of which he went to the back of the store printed it and brought it back I then explained to him he did not reset the service feature and he sarcastically laughed and told me he did and he couldn't help it if my car told him he had done it. Pedro is a liar and feel slightly insulted when I have been driving high end cars for some time and do know the Mercedes brand pretty well enough to know it will NOT do what he says it did. He never offered to try it or let someone else try it but went back to work. I do also know that his lack of a professional attitude towards a customer with an issue that is clearly a standard that many of the other locations do not mimic. I have had exceptional service until I met Pedro. Years ago when I was a carpenter I had the opportunity to help build the Valvoline at 146th and Michigan Rd. and just to be clear the location this happened at was a location I previously have recommended to friends and family. I will go by the dealership or to another oil change facility to get this issue corrected but can say it will weigh heavy on my future relationship with Valvoline. Thank You.

Yesterday, I went to get an oil change on 116th Valvoline, which was a little crowded. So, I decided to drive to another location nearby. Which I lended at the Valvoline location on 96th street near Sam’s. When I tell you from start to finish the service was awesome. The smile I received upon arrival was great! The young men were smiling, professional, their uniforms were clean, haircuts were nice. However, I enjoyed the way the 6/7 guys all worked together to make sure that I understood what they were doing, explaining my levels, making suggestions without being pushy. They all seemed to have skills, they were teaching another guy with patience, and having fun at the same time. Each employee, appeared to take pride in what they were doing. I felt joy just watching them work together as a team. As, I was leaving out the bay each said goodbye or have a nice day, even as I turned the corner another worker waved, smiled and had positive words to say. I did not get the young men names, but it was 11/9 about 10:45.-11:00. I know the guy Pedro from the other comments greeted me! Next, I drove back towards 116th and wanted to tell the customers. Hey! I am done and the service was Fantastic! Today, I was telling my husband about my experience yesterday. He says you should let them know! So, here is my first Google Review😀. Take care and keep up the good work, I am sure you all will continue to be successful!

Best experience yet. Immediate greet made me feel welcomed! Explained everything and I felt really good about the price based on everything that’s included in the oil change. Team work was incredible. Love this Valvoline and Pedro works shoulder to shoulder with his crew! AND everyone said goodbye to me! High fives and five stars all around!

Lou was amazing! He had been working at Valvoline since 7:30am, and I arrived at 6pm. It was only Lou and one other person working. Lou was so fast, kind, and personable. I will continue to return to Valvoline because of his incredible service.

Quick service. However, some things they do are a little questionable. They use a vacuum to get the oil out, instead of letting it drain. I've never seen that before, so it made me question the quality of the oil change. They said they would "check my tire pressure" which I figure would mean they would fill it if they were too low, however after my visit, not all of my tires air pressures were the same, and one was at 28 psi (the others at the usual 32 psi). Too many different people talking to you and working on your car while you sit in it, all while the environment being somewhat loud, it makes for an uncomfortable visit, feeling like they are rushing, throwing questions at you, and trying to upsell you on things. Can be intimidating for some. They charge more for oil than any other place I've been to. I only went because I had a coupon, and STILL paid more than I usually do. So I just chalked it up to the convenience of quickness. Honestly, wouldn't recommend going here. I've had better experiences at similar places, like Jiffy Lube
