First time here and they had issues with the doors but manager came out and introduced himself (first day at this location!) and was very kind. Service was quick even with only 1 bay available

Not 15 minute service but they did a great job! I would definitely come back for tire pressure and oil change. They also did my battery. Battery took about 40 minutes which i guess isn’t typical . Still great job all around

Clean shop, quick efficient service despite a long line on a Saturday. Transparent offerings and even showed dipstick, air filter etc. Best part was I didn’t have to get out of the vehicle with kids.

This was probably the best experience I have had at an instant oil change. Haley was super helpful, kind, and explained everything that was happening to my car along the way. Ryan completed my oil change/tire rotation quickly and carefully! The rest of the staff working were just as professional and kind, even though they weren’t working directly on my car. They were out of one of my windshield wipers and instead of upselling me or saying they couldn’t do anything about it, Haley ran to the auto store next door to purchase one! I won’t speak poorly about any other establishments, but I used another business for my last oil change and they lost the screws to the skid plate under my car during the oil change, so I left there with the plate in my passenger seat. Valvoline Instant Oil on County Line put the plate back under my car with no questions asked and no extra charge for replacement screws. I am so appreciative of everyone at Valvoline for being kind, honest mechanics. I won’t go anywhere but here for oil changes from now on!

Please don't go to this place. They don't put back your car as it is supposed. They forgot two times.... no more for me.

The manager set me up for service. They were extremely professional and helpful. I felt the guidance on what needed replacing and what could wait a few more visits was very trust-building. As an engineer I pretty much know what the answer is, and hate when service centers try to snow a customer to sell things the customer does not need. The entire team thanked me for coming in and it was just a great experience.

Was here to get an oil change and got pulled right through the bay. Employees did not tell me that they did not have the oil needed for my vehicle. So got back in line and waited 45 minutes to be told that they couldn’t do my oil change. No communication. Bad service.

Giving props and many thanks to Haley the assistant manager at the county line road location. I was in the middle of everything falling apart around me and didn’t have the 4 dollars I owed in taxes and she was kind enough to discount it off. After my oil change my battery died and they were kind enough to give me a jump! I made it to the auto part store fora new battery! 😃

Haley and the team here are wonderful. I waited 45 minutes total (two folks were in front of me). It only took about 20 minutes for the entire change. Haley is personable, communicative, and helpful. The team respects one another and they work cohesively. Great experience! Fair price.
