Please don’t ever take your car here. When I was driving in, one of the employees was guiding me through terribly, had no sense of direction at all. The guy who performed my oil change had the dryest, most stale attitude ever. You can see it all over his face. I noticed that during the oil change and for 10 minutes after they were underneath my car with a screwdriver trying to take off and put back on a skin tag or something. Ever since I left it feels like something is dragging underneath my car. It was not like that before I went there today. While they were underneath the car I asked another employee what was going on under there and she explained it to me as if I was supposed to know already. No one communicated with me about what was going on at all. She also slammed my hood and just opened the garage. I will never be back and someone will be responsible for whatever is dragging underneath my vehicle.

Its much faster then Take 5 without needing an appointment. They also use a much better method for oil extraction and do check ups on various a things while doing the oil change! Its a fantastic service, cheap (20$ cheaper the Take 5 for full synthetic) and the staff is amazing!

This has been the worst experience. I had an oil change here, and there has been problem after problem since this happened. They initially left off the cover underneath my car, now I’ve been informed I have an OIL LEAK. I have never been told anything remotely close to this until coming into this shop. I would not recommend at all all!! It will definitely cost you more in the long run. In the past I would only go to the dealership.

Went to get my oil changed and they were so nice and professional. Very informative but not pushy. They made it a good experience. I wish I’d asked the man’s name who worked on my car but he was lovely.

I would never recommend anyone go to this place. The staff were a bunch of kids that were not focused, and obviously do not know what they are doing. One week after the service the cover under my car fell down while I was on the highway. I was so startled, it felt like I had a blowout! I had to pull over on the dangerous highway only to find the bottom cover under my vehicle hanging. I had to find someone while I was out on the road to fix it. Now 1 month later another piece has fallen apart, scaring me yet again! This is really ridiculous, do not go here unless you want your vehicle damaged and poorly handled.

My car is damaged. Got an oil change and then realized there was oil on the garage floor after a couple days. Came back to be told they informed me of an oil leak when I came in for the oil change. They didn't, they handed the keys to me (six months pregnant) and said I was good to go. Further, they told me they never touched my drain plug to change my oil. I left when I realized at that point he was lying to me. My family mechanic checked the car over. There's no leak except from a stripped out drain plug. I'm now going to have to replace the drain pan. I understand people make mistakes but liars are an entirely different issue. I'll update if Valvoline does the right thing to address any of these damages. I was told to file a claim with the corporate line.

Drive down from up north to visit family in Dallas, of course with the distance from Wisconsin to here an oil change came up. Unfortunately the team here could not deliver and instead tried to upsell me on too many services my vehicle didn’t need Will not reccomend

We took our daycare vans and buses to get the oil changed and inspection done. The team was so professional and patient and took great care of all of our vehicles. Jequoy was extremely positive and upbeat and gave great advice and tips.
