Great service and friendly. Thorough. Enjoy the stay in car model. Good overview on suggested service without being push. Price is high $65. Would have been very happy had they offered the $10 coupon pro-actively (I only saw it when I got home). Ditto on discount for bundling other suggested services. Sticker was hand-printed. There was no link from the email to do survey. I didn't see history of services on the email website link.Friendly on-it service!

Very friendly staff. Didn't pressure me to buy extra products, which is a big plus for me. I stopped going to one place because all they did was nickel and dime me. I will be back.

Had oil changed there less than 2 months ago when it was Kwik Car. Now oil light is on. Went to have them take a look and the “certified mechanic” was rude and would not look at it because they are not Kwik Car anymore. Such a shame because I used to go there all the time for inspections and oil changes. Will never go back.

On Tuesday 11/19/2024 I got an oil change and an inspection. I dealt with Kishan Chauhan. He was professional and energetic. When all the work was completed I complemented the team for doing a good job. I drove about 2 miles from the shop and the oil pan cover to my Honda CRV partially came loose and was dragging on the pavement. It was only attached with one screw at this time. I put the pan up under some plastic in the front end hoping I could get my errands done then take my car back to the shop. I got about 50 feet and the pan started dragging on the pavement again. Luckily, I was about 50 feet from a mechanic shop. I stopped in and told the gentleman what had happened and he took the pan cover off and all was good. I went back to the shop and spoke with Kishan and told him how disappointed I was in my experience. He personally put the oil pan cover back on and cleaned up the spilled oil on the oil pan. I thought the filter or oil pan plug was leaking but it was just oil that was not cleaned up before I left the first time. I would give considerable thought about returning to the shop on 619 W 11th Street the next time I need an oil change.

Technicians were so friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out what parts to order for my car from the auto parts store. I brought the parts in they were installed quickly. Great employees.

Do not take your car here!!! I brought my 2021 civic with low mileage in for its first routine transmission fluid change and they toasted my transmission by putting in the wrong fluid! A $189 transmission fluid change cost me $6,000!!!

Everyone was so nice. They also don’t replace things that don’t need it. I got to visually inspect my air filter that didn’t need replacing. Great guys. Will return!

This was a good experience. My oil was changed, air was put in my tires, and oil gage was shown to be full and clean. I did ask them to place the tires’ air caps back on. The caps were placed but not tightened, maybe for fear of breaking the stop on the caps. I had the good thought to check the caps and I did tighten them. Overall, a great oil change. I will be back.

Got oil and rear differential fluid changed here. Next day, and every day after, my truck stalls out and I have to turn it off and back on IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD! They refuse to take responsibility or even check to see if they did anything wrong. This has never happened to my truck ever before. Not a pre-existing problem. So much for spending $200 here. 🙅🏻‍♀️👎🏼🚫 they deserve 0 stars on this one.

I went to get my oil change yesterday. Manager was so helpful. He answered all my questions and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. His team worked very efficiently and I was out in 15 min no wait. I will definitely be returning again

I’m a long time customer of Kwik Kar because this used to be a Kwik Kar location. However, ever since Valvoline Instant Oil Change took over, it’s been a lot better and I’ll continue to use Valvoline from now on.

Showed up today and was pleasantly surprised by new ownership (previously Kwik Kar). Pablo the customer service rep went above and beyond explaining the services offered, battery life, reason why diesel oil is black, inspected the windshield wipers, filled tire pressure, visually showed me oil dip stick after job was done, etc. Cheerful bunch of guys. Will be going back!
