The first service guy I met as I approached one of the service lanes was really helpful and his prediction on how long the cars in front of me will take (I came during peak time) was spot on and transparent. It still went ridiculously quickly. Super friendly staff, not pushy when offering the extra service options (Air filter, wiper blades, etc). Tamía, Abucar, and the guy in the pit were top notch in taking care of me. We joked around and honestly I've NEVER had such a pleasant experience at ANY service center. Will DEFINITELY go again! ***ALL MY LADY FRIENDS*** GO HERE! THEY DON'T INTIMIDATE OR TERRIFY YOU INTO GETTING OTHER SERVICE ADD-ONS THAT YOU DIDNT COME IN FOR, LIKE AT MOST DEALERSHIPS!

They were very knowledgeable and quick to do their jobs. I was in a hurry and everywhere around had an hour wait. They got me in and out in 15 minutes WITH a new air filter for my truck and an oil change. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are in a hurry!

Great service for a state inspection. The car wouldn't connect at first and the gas cap machine was having trouble, but they took some effort to get the connection right and the car passed with no problem. My car only has 21k miles so it was fine but a lot of shops would have tried to sell me something I didn't need or fail me outright. I'll be back for inspections on all my cars now, they're thorough and have great customer service. Update: Just went back for another annual inspection, Johnny and the team were just as awesome as before. Got me in and out quickly and no high pressure unneeded up sells.

I am extremely frustrated with the experience I’ve had with your company. I initially came to your shop for an oil change and tire rotation, only to discover two days later that one of my wheel locks was missing. When I contacted the store, the manager refused to take responsibility and blamed me for the missing wheel lock, which made no sense—why would I remove it myself? After insisting, I visited the store, and the security footage revealed that one of your technicians had accidentally knocked the wheel lock into the trash. The manager eventually admitted fault, purchased a new set of wheel locks, and installed them on my vehicle. I accepted the resolution at that time. I returned for my next oil change, and everything went smoothly. However, during a subsequent visit for another oil change and tire rotation, I was informed that the wheel locks had been over-tightened, making it impossible to remove them without risking damage to the wheel studs. When I asked who was responsible for this, the blame was pointed back at your sister company. I contacted your corporate office to escalate the issue, but I was told that nothing could be done because too many miles had passed since the wheel locks were installed. This response was completely unacceptable. Fast forward to December 2024, I finally took my vehicle to a different shop to address the issue. They discovered that the wheel locks installed by your technician were the wrong size and had been cross-threaded onto the studs. As a result, I now have to replace all the wheel studs—a costly and completely avoidable repair caused by your company’s negligence. This situation has been mishandled at every turn, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism. I expect your company to address this matter promptly and take full responsibility for the damage caused. I typically do not write bad reviews but, I would not recommend nor will revisit.

Muy mal servicio , solamente le pusieron 3 cuartos de aceite a mi carro aparte , empezó a prender mi el check in , no entiendo porque cobran tanta cantidad de dinero y no hacen bien las cosas como se debe , estoy muy desatisfecha pésimo servicio y muy caro !

Excellent customer service from Johnny and Anthony! I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived 5 minutes before opening and they waved me in to start working on my car. In and out within 15 minutes for my state inspection...most places will tell you the machine is "broken!" Filled up my tires and topped off my fluids as well. Both employees were friendly and provided professional customer service. I will definitely be back for my oil changes and future inspections!

New location I went to, but always the best customer service at Valvolines so if you would like to get a oil change and more, this is a good place to go and they don’t hassle you to buy anything. That’s one thing I love but they will recommend it but no big hassle.
