The gentleman here are amazing! I’ve been to other Valvoline locations, but I prefer to come here. Alfredo and Paul explained services that are needed in the future while not pressuring me to get them done today. I will continue to come to this location as they’re always friendly and welcoming.

Got help from Brendon he went beyond to check on my car. He notice a wire that was melted and would’ve never known if it wasn’t for him checking. Recommend this place.

Everyone was VERY professional and nice. Larry was my tech and he made sure to explain everything and didn’t try to push or oversell me anything. It was a very cold and rainy evening and they didn’t seem annoyed that people were still showing up.

Joshua (Valvoline manager) was really nice right from the start even when it was at the end of his shift and took care of me real quick and did not hesitate to give me a better price than Honda dealership, he did not just perform a job, he also well informed me about these newer models on how often im going to have to do maintenance on it.

Brought my F/150 here after Take 5 said they couldn’t get the oil filter off. These guys took care of everything for me, they were so nice and professional! Super quick service for an oil change and transmission flush. I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 service!

Yesterday December 10, 2024, I received some good old small-town customer service but I was in big ole Houston, Texas. The assistant manager Brandon with up and beyond in his top-tier customer service. He did a full inspection of my car and also I received an oil change. He even made sure my third brake light was fixed. I will most definitely be visiting this location again.

The service here was really good. I got an oil change on my car at another mechanic, and when I got home my oil was leaking all over my garage. I took it to this Valvoline to get it looked at, and a gentleman named Paul helped me. He fixed the issue and looked at a few other things and helped tweak some small things. He was a life saver and the service here was great from everyone. Would recommend for sure

The staff at the Gessner location is phenomenal! I went in for an oil change on my meal break. They provided fast and efficient service! They answered all my questions. I will return!

1. I arrived with a long line. I understood I would need to wait. Customers that arrived after me were serviced before me. I had to assert myself to not be jumped in line anymore. 2. Slow service even with line.
