Dante was helpful and listened to my needs. I have a lot of other issues going on with my car but could not afford to get them fixed. He gave me some suggestions without pressuring me. Andrew and Malta were efficient and pleasant.

BRYAN AND CYRUS WERE GREAT. I LOVE THIS PLACE. ILL ALWAYS BE BACK. CYRUS AND BRYAN PERFORMED A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY DID GREAT WORK. THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED FIXING WITH THE CAR. AND I WILL SURELY BE BACK TO GET THOSE ISSUES FIXED BY VALVOLINE. BEST SERVICES I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

Been taking mine and my parents' vehicles to this Valvoline location 2+ years for state inspections & oil changes. They always go "above and beyond" in providing excellent customer service! A few days ago I received a message on dashboard noting coolant level was low. Took my car in today and expected to pay for flushing/coolant change, etc. Manager stated coolant level was a little low and only needed topping off. They could have easily said otherwise, charged me $130+ and I would have never known different. Thank you Valvoline team at 6606 FM 1960 West for always taking great care of us!!

I don’t recommend this location. I went for a simple light bulb change and the manager lied to me stating he would have to take off my bumper and the light bulb required was HD. I never had HD lights and bought a light bulb from a different Valvoline before. If you’re in the Champions/Klein area just go to the Valvoline on Louetta. The 1960 obviously needs more training.

We took a new Kia carnival here for an oil change. They didn’t have the right oil filter for it. Instead of just telling us they can’t do the service. They try to put the wrong part in ( bang it in to fit). Now the new Kia carnival have oil pressure, and engines issue. They tell us to take it to the Kia dealer ship, didn’t offer to pay for the cause. We have to ask for them. Just honest review

Good prices and friendly staff, but I wanted a state inspection done on my vehicle, but they couldn't do it because they said their machine was down. It was the second Valvoline location I went to with the same problem.

Took forever to replace oil/filter with car inspection Like more than an hour Offer you to stay in the car, with no AC , in super hot weather Plus it is more expensive than other places Won’t go there anymore

BEWARE! They took advantage of my teenager and charged her double for a oil change on a small car with very low mileage. I do not recommend.

I visited this place for an oil change, and they recommended servicing the transmission. I agreed, but they used the wrong fluid, resulting in damage to my transmission. Another branch of the same company confirmed the damage was caused by the incorrect fluid. When I informed them of the situation, they attempted to come up with excuses. When I mentioned what their other branch had said, they were at a loss for words. I advise against using this location if you want to avoid vehicle damage.

They were exceptional. They were fast, knowledgeable and I had a great coupon that made it very affordable. Definitely one of the best oil changes I have received.
