Friendly techs. Got interesting method of draining oil- not from the bottom but from the dipstick pipe using a vacuum device that looks like a heart by-pass device to oxygenate blood. LOL. Also got my differential fluid changed. All done within 30 minutes of arriving.

WOW! Fast, easy and polite!!! This will be my go to place now! Brought in my Kia van the other day and he crew did some great work! I used to do this myself and they make it look so easy, clean and fast. True, they have the fancy setup that my garage doesn't but... Really enjoyed all the interactions w/ the team. The leader was open about price options w/ no judgement why's. The crew that did the change were clean, polite and answered my way too many questions in a nice way. Van was probably cleaner coming out than going in as they seemed to wipe down way more than the area they worked on. Good price, Great service !! Thanks

My husband went to the steeple chase location this morning and he came home so happy. Esteban and Ian treated him with respect and professionalism. They really went the extra mile to make sure he was taken care of and pleased with the oil and wiper change. He is very big on customer care and it seems like these guys really had all their ducks in a row. He said he will only be going to them from now on. Thanks

I came to this shop for oil change a few days ago because of the very good reviews and the coupon. They changed all the filters and checked my tires and cleaned the battery because it was corroded. Frankie recommended to replace the battery with a new one because its rusty. I told Frankie that the battery is old. I bought it last December 2020. I asked him if he could clean the battery because I couldn't buy a new one at the moment. I'm glad that I came to this place because Frankie is very helpful and approachable. I left the shop happy and very satisfied, but worried at the same time because of the old and rusty battery.The team work of the three young men named Frankie, Tremaughn and Esteban are amazing!! They made the service so quickly. The receptionist named Activia is very nice too. I hope I spelled her name correctly. Thank you all for the excellent customer service!! I will come back soon for the battery replacement. Keep up the good work!! God bless you always 🙏🙏🙏

The guys working between 2pm - 3pm on 8/31 did an amazing job. I brought in an older vehicle but they had no problem completing the job. Will be returning with my other vehicles

This location use to be Kwik Kar and is now Valvoline. Team had good looking uniforms, checked all my fluids and tires. Great experience.
